As I read through the reviews I am surprised at some of the comments. I suppose you shouldnt question other peoples experience so I dont. HOWEVER... My experience with this particular Post Office has been completely different. I moved to the area a few months ago, The apartment I moved into was originally the MODEL SUITE and always has been. So, as expected i experienced some mail delivery issues... I contacted the office to ask them to hold my mail until I could get everything squared away at my rental office and the staff was very curtious and helpful. JAMALA my Mail Woman was especially helpful, enlightening and assisted me in every way possible. She always spoke kind and was patient and informative. Ive had a good experience in respects to Customer Service at this Post Office!

The employees are rude and unprofessional. Last time I shipped a 1 oz package domestic in this postal office, the female employee turned me down! She said the package is 1.2 oz and asked me to pay more!!!! Beware, all, this is a fraud! Domestic shipping 1 to 3 oz first class package is the SAME price. Dont be fooled! I think USPS really should spend some time managing this store well and get the employees honest and educated.

Im not sure how to spell her name, Its either Gail or Gale regardless her attitude and smart mouth is disgusting. I kindly asked a simple question and she made me feel like a complete idiot like I ruined her day. Other wise the other employees Ive spoke to were somewhat kind. All I have to say is not everyone should work with the public.

Why would you have a package and tracking shows it is being delivered..i see the mail truck drive by, no package and then later find out two hours later the package is now at Mentor post office??????????? Now the item which was time sensitive is ruined. Thanks for ruining a surprise birthday for a 2 year old.

I used this post office from time to timewhen i lived there and i gotta say the old man is the biggest prick ever!!! Go to Euclid or Willoughby post offices. Youll get waaaaay better service.

Horrible place!!! We either dont get our mail like today or we get mail that belongs in burton. Mail truck completely passed up my end of the street today. Worst postal service ever!

The older man that works there is the rudest man I have ever met. I was in there today and he had everyone in his line upset. I think Ill use Eastlake P.O. from now on...
