Safeguard Storage is modern, clean and safe. But most importantly, the administrative office and facility personnel have consistently been professional, personable, completely honest (they actually contacted us when we inadvertently paid one month twice!), and completely clear and transparent about all requirements and regulations pertaining to the storage agreement. This operation is truly first rate. We have stored in various sized units as our needs have changed. For over six years, Safeguard Storage has facilitated our life style.

I came in to purchase boxes . I was asking about storage and the facitily manager Kareen explained and took me on a tour. She was amazing but what made her special was the price was no in my budget .She went to the office and called a sister store and got rates and special. I explain that I would miss her company... She said all the manager are amazing and she gave me her business card and said if you need anything call .......Thank you .....I have never had the best experience until I went to Safeguard ......

stop by the store in Coconut Grove to look at different many sizes of units a man named Pablo showed me many different sizes and explain the rules and regulations to me of renting a unit with great patience he took the time and energy to walk me around the building and showed me different sizes.he was very polite and nice and explained all in Spanish and English the facility was very clean and I was very please to rent at Coconut Grove if you need any further information please contact me

My experience at Safeguard Self Storage was seamless from beginning to end. After a long day of long distance driving Pablo and Kareen made my experience stress free, quick and easy. I also llked the facilities and felt confident to store my belongings there. It felt safe from the moment I entered. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities are also a plus as is the safety and ease in parking and getting to my storage unit.

She LISTENED to my expectations and offered the perfect solution. She highlight security, cleanliness and pest control. I had no questions when I left the facility. I absolutely loved the customer service at Safeguard. They made accommodations for my family immediately. I was worried about the fact that I needed a storage unit so fast but they worked with me and got what I needed. The manager was very sweet and understanding. Definitely appreciate that! Stored at the Coconut Grove location for 4 months now and everything is great. I took a tour at cube smart location first then I went to the safeguard location and took there tour and even though the price was more there was no competition. Did not need to look any further. Mr. Pablo was great.

Good, clean, well-maintained storage facility with modern security system. Pablo, the man at the desk, was efficient and made the process of signing documents as pleasant as possible. Only downside is auto access is a little awkward, but manageable.
