This is my first time ever having to rent a storage unit and was very confused about the entire process. I came in two days prior to my actual renting and asked to see the sizes of the units Chris the manager was very very helpful and took the time to show me both size units. After making my reservation to hold the unit I realized that I could possibly take the smaller one. Once again Chris was very helpful in making sure that I saw the small one again and helping me with deciding whether or not that size would be perfect for me. He thoroughly explained the lease process the rental and even help set up the automatic bill pay. I am so thankful for all of his help during this process and he definitely made a stressful process A LOT easier.

I have been using this CubeSmart for years. I have more than one unit. I feel safe about leaving my things here. I also feel safe using the facility when no one is around. Shurtruel and Chris both help in keeping me aware of due dates which is helpful to me since Im so forgetful. Both have been gracious in giving me a helping hand when I was alone and needed it. Both are always happy to see me and make me feel welcome. Shurtruel has taken the time to give me hints on storing items. They are willing to go above and beyond when helping their customers.

Was treated very professional. I have been badly abused by Public Storage with the nasty attitude of the General Manager that fixes nothing and talks to people like they are dirt- even their employees. I am a returning customer even though you are not close to where I live like the other place. I would rather drive here than give them one more dollar. i used Cube Smart long time ago i think this is the best company storage in the Broward area and olso the mangers are helpful and very knowlegable of there job. i can tell that the love their jobs. property is always clean and the make it very easy to find. this facility has a,moving truck that is provided which helps out a lot. i would refer anyone to this facility. it is a great experience.

It is 11:20am Monday and sign says be back at noon.... after driving 40 minutes to get here I realize they are under-staffed- how is that my fault I thought this was a huge company..... It is isnt it? I guess this location is not run properly as there is also garbage on the floor everywhere..... make sure theyre going to be open before coming here in normal business hours!

Shurtruel and Christopher helped my move go smoothly . Im moving out of state and waited to the very last minute to book my storage unit . The process was less then 10min Shurtruel took her time to make sure I understood everything. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accomodating. Facility is clean! Access is easy and access hours are flexible. I have one of the larger under a/c units and on a previous occasion I rented a small under a/c unit. While I have no experience with other brands to compare it to, I dont feel the need.
