$5. Haircuts are great for men & women with SHORT hair. My Daughter had an appointment on 8-5-14 & just wanted a trim in the back. She (HAD) long ombred beautiful hair. Her haircut looked like a hachet cut her hair, it was so crooked & one side was just chopped off & did not match the other side. My daughter was so upset & it was my fault for giving her a $5. haircut. They gave me my $5. back but not the tip, they also agreed it was badly uneven & wanted to redo the haircut. There was no way I would let them touch her again. I took her for another haircut on 8-8 & the stylist (R) could not believe what her hair looked like & did the best she could to fix it, which was taking off 5 INCHES of ombred/colored hair $42. later. We then went on 8-15 to an amazing salon W for my daughter to RE-OMBRE her hair since it had to all be cut off, the stylist (H) had to cut the sides again because they still needed to be fixed @ no charge cause she felt so bad for us after I showed her the pictures of this terrible haircut. But the Ombre cost me $170.00. So $214.00 later I learned an expensive lession, but my daughters hair now looks Beautiful again (thanx Hiedi). I called the Owner of great clips Richard & I went back & forth with emails about 4x. They would not refund our additional haircuts BUT gave me 1 free haircut, Sorry NO THANKS Please just send your staff for some extra courses in how to CUT LONG HAIR.

Just left this place and let me say Im disgusted .the hair dresser if thats what she really is I should ask to see the licence .we asked for a number 2 and a fade from sides and back well he got something but both what we asked for she left spots of hair I guess that she missed and used hair gel to mask it and left a spike bang on HIM and completely uneven ..when I asked her to fix it she had the most nastiest attitude..I will never ever again bring my child here again and I will make it a point to let all my social media know just how horrible this is now I have to find another SALON to FIX THIS TODAY

Worst hair cut ever.... ive been going here for yrs and hv never been so disappointed. U have thick hair and she couldnt handle it. I always get my hair washed, this was not even a wash..... my hair looks terrible. I will not be going to great clips again......

I was going to say "Worst haircut ever" but someone already used that one. She took 5 minutes to check me out but only 4 on my hair. I think she needs more training with both the register and with scissors.

Go to this location every 3 weeks. Have a stylist that knows exactly how to cut my hair and is extremely polite and personable. But, this is the ONLY stylist that I will let touch my hair.

Worst haircut, no time or care was taken. Hair is completely uneven and looks worse than before the cut. I had to fix the most egregious parts with clippers at home.
