The staff was great and it had quick service. I went in told the lady what I wanted she said she understood offered to show her a picture and everything. When she was done it was only a couple inches shorter then when I went in. Not stacked in the back no angle no nothing. I paid for the service. Tipped her t dollars and will never go back again. You go somewhere to get you hair cut to people expecting them to know that they are a trained person. If you dont know how to do something just say it. Wasted money, wasted time and still not happy!

Normally Miss Laual does my hair, she is fabulous! But I needed a cut today on Laurals day off. Debbie cut my hair and was very nice, but when I got home and my hair dried it showed all kinds of marks...no thats not really her fault as my hair tends to do this because of my blonde hair. I called Debbie and without hesitation or judgment told me to come right back and she would gladly fix it . I went back and she was so very professional about the entire situation and I left the second time with no complaints:)

The other comment must not be very recent because I live in the area and have been disappointed by this establishment several times. About a dozen times I have tried walking in 20 minutes prior to closing (my haircut only takes about 5 minutes) and they have already closed. They do not at all follow their business hours. I recommend that you call in to make sure they dont close. I will never get my hair cut here again.

Carol is an amazing hair stylist. Very professional. Not pushy at all with recommending hair products, like some places. Very clean salon, and very nice staff. Have my next haircut lined up already. I trust very few people with my hair, I ultimately have had 15 inches of hair taken off in 7 weeks Carol cleaned up what another salon did. I felt very comfortable with my head in her hands. Thank you!

The Hair Cuttery on NE St. James Dr. in Port St. Lucie is the salon I would recommend to anyone. It is always clean, I never have to wait a long time as a walk-in and my haircuts have always been awesome. The comment by "A Google User" must be old, because that stylist mentioned is not there. The service is excellent and you will not be disappointed.

What happy friendly people, I walked in looking like a mess needing a change i walked out with 10 inch shorter hair which got donated to locks of love, color and lights and i feel great i loved everything about my visit. My hair stylist was Debi. What a doll!
