If i could give ZERO stars I would. How did asking for a bangs haircut turn almost WAIST length Beautiful Curly hair into an ABOVE shoulder bob? I asked twice, even showed a PICTURE of the BANGS and the "30+ years" of experience from the hair stylist CHOSE not to perform this simple task and did what HE WANTED with MY HAIR!! During the cut he "attempted" to advise me on my hair that he had no intimate knowledge on! He gave blatant assumptions. A real consultation includes asking relevant questions AND listening to the responses!! HORRIBLE Experience!! How absolutely ABSURD, Disrespectful and incompetent! ! I should have kept to my idea and cut them myself. At least Id have my length! Update 11.12.15 Just overheard a lady talking about a GreatClips having a haircut special. She said her hair was cut too short even after showing the male stylist a picture of the haircut. I asked her where she went and she said this location about 3 weeks prior. Wow, Great clips strikes again!

Got a perm here spent $85 on it didnt take at all except for a slight wave and flat frizzy ends. Went to show the hairdresser how bad it was and she said it came out fine she couldnt understand why I wasnt satisfied. I have been perming my hair for over 35 years and never had one this horrible. The biggest waste of my time and money. Suggested next time I get it she will roll it tight,shouldnt that have been done the first time. THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME! !! Wish I could add a picture but wont let me. Dont waste your money here!!!

The staff in this shop were all very friendly and welcoming, and professional. I wanted a hard line fade, got exactly that. Great fade, my wife loved it so much and the atmosphere that she ended up get a cut and style as well.Right away after finishing me, the stylist sat with her to go over different looks and styles and gave her suggestions before she took her to her chair. Great cuts on us both. We are very happy and have found our new place.

I was overcharged. Owner promised to give refund, but never did even after I repeatedly requested it. Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, stay away, especially if you are a senior citizen. Follow Up As a follow up I believe it is important to say that the owner did finally reach out to me and give me my refund. She even brought me donuts and coffee to apologize for everything. She showed her leadership by accepting responsibility.

Rachel is the worst stylist, very unprofessional I didnt like the haircut she gave me so when I came back to get it fixed she took matters in to her own hands and cut off an extra two inches, Im now starting college feeling very insecure. Do not go to this Great Clips they will just leave you in tears.

Do not go here. I should have known since they took me immediately. The so called stylist sure didnt listen and it looks as if I have three different haircuts. I dont even know why I left a good tip, except I always tip well. Now I have to find a stylist to repair this catastrophe on my head

I love the staff, service and products at Great Clips. I can sign in online or on the Great Clips App ahead of time which is a great feature. Ever since I started going to Great Clips, Ive always use the REDKEN Molding paste which is the perfect consistency.

The stylist who cut my 2yr olds hair did an awesome job! I had been taking him to the mall and each time, he got a hack-job at a higher price. Great Clips will be the ONLY place we go to! :-)
