The employees (the majority of them) have an attitude when doing their job. They act either as if they are doing you a favor or annoyed and troubled to have to be working. Some have control issues and boss the patrons around treating them like they were in a prison or institution. They never smile. Most the carriers are lazy and cannot be bothered properly delivering packages. The one carrier I had for years was wonderful and then the new carrier stuffed the packages in the mailbox and ruined some and left my packages in the general delivery area instead of brining them up. Some of the carriers will not even deliver the package when it is supposed to if they are not in the mood and bring it the next day imagine!! This is unconscionable to hold someones package because they are too lazy to deliver it. Several times I have shown package out for delivery at 8:30 in the morning never to be delivered!!!!!! One star is actually generous!

This is the worst shittiest post office I ever been too. I only went to this place as it was closest to where I live. I recently just moved from San Diego. No comparison to San Diego or Santa Barbaras post office at all as they are 10000000 times better. The skinny lady with the glasses and short hair has no idea what she is doing. She called my wrapping paper FLIMSY for like the 100 time and made me buy their tape to wrap up my package so that way it looks ok. I had no problem mailing the same thing out in California except they cheered it and said it was lovely and made it fine all the way to the UK and yet its only from Florida to the UK and she degraded my package. Rude in many ways. I also watch her being rude and snatching things from a couple of nice kids whom came into buy stamps for their mom. Customer service is down the hill. No wonder people do stuff online and ditch off the post office now a days

As a person with partial blindness, eye sight disabilities, the staff is rude. especially the older black woman, she does not let you ask a question cuts you off, and flicks you off saying go stand over there. She reads from her script and does not let anyone speak or ask a question. She is the reason why the post offices are in trouble. I used to go in this office with my service dog and they always give me problems about that as well to the point where I do not go in there with him anymore because they embarass you in public saying"you cant bring that dog in here" they refuse to let me show them my service dog documentation. If this is how they treat someone with partial blindness I am horrified to think how they treat people in wheelchairs.

These people that work inside the Post Office are about the hardest people to ever get hold of! Never do they answer the the phone and when you go there its like theyre doing you a favor with attitude. If I were in charge there some heads would be rolling down the pavement in search of a job w/o benefits. Disgusting customer service!!!!!! These people at the post office in Dania beach Florida, 33004 wouldnt even be able to keep a job at McDonalds flipping burgers.

I would rather drive twenty minutes out of the way even though I live so close to this post office, because their customer service Stinks!! Really Really STINKS!! Rude staff, never any supplies to help yourself to for your next mailing on a regular basis, they move like snails, guess their boss does the same thing, employees usually learn from example! Run Away As Fast As you can...................

Pathetic bunch of ignorant ....no matter who answers the phone.... they all claim to be "THE" POSTMASTER GENERAL! Too important to care about any little complaint you may have. Generally, they just come to the conclusion its YOUR fault anyway!

Without question, the Dania Beach Post Office has the poorest service and rudest staff of any Post Office you will ever encounter. These folks would never make it in the private business world. They would all be fired!! (Including the Postmaster!!!)

Dont ask the bald man who works here for any clarification on your purchasing inquiries He has a short fuse and a very bad temper. I couldnt understand why simple questions upset him. Otherwise a decent experience. BAD APPLE!
