Very rude and dismissive. I arrived to pick up a package (the delivery was not even attempted mind you; I was home all day and only found out by checking my online tracking info) and was told that they did not have it before they even checked. When I informed them that my package was marked as "Ready for Pickup" I was yelled at and told that that was not the case. After demanding they check the back, they came back with my package and were extremely unprofessional when handing me the pink slip to fill out, which I had never even received. Terrible place, terrible people, terrible service.

This whole delivery system is a mess. They tried to deliver a next day delivery package and said my business was closed at 3:37 pm. It wasnt and didnt close until 6. Calling on the phone was a 40-50 minute wait and going there was a disaster as well. Three days have passed and my package is still floating around somewhere.

WORST POST OFFICE IN MIAMI, employees dont want to work on an EXPRESS service.MAIL over $30 down garbage, no more USPS, people need to be replaced or fired because not only they dont care, they dont even try to help and on top have BIG attitude, like if customer owes them something, fruition now on on.FEDEX,USPS

A disgrace.. arrived at the post office at 3pm to a handwritten note on the door saying "will be back in 20 min". It is now 3:30, the office closes at 4pm and there is still no one here.
