beverly and the puerto rican lady are the rudest aggresive women ever, complaining to there boss changes nothing, i had to make a complaint on beverly after i handed her a package marked fragile, this lunatic throws it over ten feet into a tub right in front of me, I then said im calling the main post office complaint line and she has this way of sucking up to a customer right after being rude to another. The other lady gets off on the energy and tries to be just as overly aggresive, Ive had to check these ladies but they think that surfside is just soft mushy people that are intimadated by this ghetto attitude stuff, There are a couple other people there that are sweet and very decent.

The only post office Ill go to anymore. Deborah is extremely efficient at her job and always makes it a positive experience. Lourdes has a great attitude as well. Im quite happy with the new management as they seem to be getting things back on track. A bad experience with 1 employee is not a true reflection of the customer service you receive at the Surfside post office. Same way that having to wait in a long line at prime mailing times is not a reason to write a negative review. My family has literally been coming here for decades and we will continue to fit many years to come.

Absolute worst post office experience I have ever had. I lost $350 worth of merchandise plus postage simply because there tracking number system failed. This place does not operate like any other USPS in the country, they charge an extra $.90 for a tracking number when the North Miami Beach post office includes it for free! My business suffered, my client suffered and the USPS reputation suffered. Be aware of this place!

Horrible Low class. There has been problems with USPS not updating the tracking info and when I call in they are nothing but, rude, curt, and dismissive. I will be making a formal complaints on their staff who hung up on me after after asking what has happened to my package, Maria, and a black woman there hung up on me when I asked her name and told her she was rude. Just horrible.

They have a nice people but there manager especially rude I came to compline about my mail man being unprofessional and cranky and argumentative instead of address my complaint he was on front of staff talked to me on the high tones without any respect to me like to the customer and you people shocked that the staff is rude?

No wonder the USPS is going out of business and other private mail company are doing skin well. Must of the Goverment services are bad but the USPS have the worse, they always give you attitude and feel they are force to work. I never see they are proud to be working for the US Government nor happy to have a job!!
