I have the same issues as everyone else! I live on a paper street" and we dont have a "regular" mail person, so we get whoever decides to get the route. Often, they dont realize they have to walk down the sidewalk to my house and there are times when we dont get mail for several days and then we get a bunch. We havent had mail delivered for a few days and yesterday we got mail that was postmarked September 9th (it is now September 27th). More often than not, if we dont have regular mail (bills, packages, letter, cards) we wont get the weekly grocery fliers. We often get envelopes with "lose dog" on it. Well, I for one know that the neighbors dog is in a kennel...and if it is that much of a problem, why dont they report it? Why should we be penalized because there is a lose dog running around? And calling them to complain....oh Lordy.....busy busy busy. I have never EVER been able to get through on the first or second call. And no, they dont call you back. Very very frustrating. I wish we could have another post office. Giving one star only because I cant post w/o doing so.

1) My package was out for delivery all day, my husband spoke with the mailman at our house who said he did not have a package for our house. I logged into the tracking around 5:30pm and had a message saying attempt to deliver but no one at home and no place to leave it. 2) I went the following day to the post office, because the tracking stated i could re-deliver or go pick up at facility. I go to the facility they do not have my package. I show the girl at the counter, why do i have this message. She said that the mail probably went to the wrong route. So, if my mail went to the wrong route, why would they say they left a paper. 3) i have called the greentree facility all day it is either busy or just rings and no one picks up. I do not understand why it is so difficult to find my package . WORST SERVICE ALL AROUND

Had my last straw with this office this morning. Had a package coming in from Amazon. Tracking said Sunday morning it was out for delivery, then Sunday night it got updated saying it was sent back to the office to be held for pickup. So Monday morning Im backing my car out of the driveway, on my way to this location to pickup my package, and CRUNCH. Why would I think to check my driveway for packages? The tracking said it was never delivered after it went out and being held at the office for pickup. And more importantly, of all the places they could have dropped the package, they chose on the ground in the middle of my driveway near the door. Not on my front porch, not on the wall next to the driveway, not somewhere out of harms way. Smack in the middle of the driveway.

One of the worst staff you will come across in your life time. They lost my package after they left a notice that i should pick it up from this location . I went there to get my parcel, they cant find it and then they asked my informations such as name , phone number etc and told me i should wait until they could find it! OK I waited 2 days without any call, I called back 3rd day and everything started all over again, she asked my name, address, phone number and etc and told me she would give it to supervisor today and they would look into that and told me to wait. A day passed and no call, probably ill just go there this 3rd time and look for it myself . Please just shut this place down, youll make alot of lives better. HATE USPS damn it

When having an issue with delivery there is no human to talk to. The phone just rings and never gets answered. I have a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday that was not in my mailbox. The tracking number says that notice was left and there was no secure location to leave the package. #1, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SUCH NOTICE. #2 this is a monthly subscription package that fits in my mailbox and Ive never had any issues over the past 2 years. #3 apparently the mail carriers that are providing service in my me development cant grasp the concept of how to deliver a package as there has been a rotation of new carriers that make deliveries, thus causing confusion.

The worst post office ever!! I go days without getting any mail then boom a flood of mail with back dated stamps...and the one and only time I got through to speak with someone they had an attitude with me like I was the issue...their response to my question is that if I dont have any mail to deliver they dont have to come up to my house to check for mail (even with the mailbox arm up)...wtf? WRONG!! The job of the mail carrier is to not only drop off the mail but to PICK it up as well...I had bill payments sitting in my mailbox for 2 days waiting for them to do their job!! Shut this place down or fire/hire new people... (wish I could give them a negative star!!)

Utterly awful; frequently late deliveries, some days no mail at all; rarely answer their phones. would give zero stars if that were an option Update: We are thankfully moving, but just to get yet one more screw up in, they decided to start my mail forwarding 2 days early. This means that an extremely urgent package for which I paid for 2 day shipping, and which should have arrived today, has instead been sent on to the new address and is therefore 100% useless. The incompetence at this branch is unparalleled.

Ive call in over 100 times over 3 hours span. The phone line is always busy! They cant be that busy. Theyre too lazy to pick up the phone n unplug the dammmmmm phone. Check online, my package is there, when I get there they cant find my package! Yes, they cant find my package LOL!!!!! THEY supposed to call me back. Guest what? Youre right!!! They never call me back.... this place is a nightmare. Ill throw a big party when they closed this place down......

I would give them zero stars if I could. Every single time I order a package, the tracking number shows it was delivered, but somehow it ends up not being delivered. I went to the office in person yesterday and I was told that at least 5 other people had missing packages from the same day in Carnegie. You cant even call or get through to the office because the number is always busy. Someone is stealing packages, I guarantee it. Ive had it with this place.

This post office has lost a package of mine and also allows packages to sit at the post office all day without going out for delivery!!! My 2 day delivery is now a 3 day because it sat at the Post Office all day and now the status says I have to pick it up. This is the worst Post Office I have every had to use! ALSO, Thank you GOOGLE for posting that they are open at 6AM as they only open at 9AM!!! What a waste of a drive this morning!!!
