I agree, need a zero star. I live in the area 5 years so its not my first time being treated so rudely. Today I had an appointment to renew my sons passport at 2:15. I arrive at exactly 2:15 and they yelled at me and my wife that passports couldnt be done. They have absolutely no idea or dont care the least to do customer service. They could have said Im sorry sir, but the lady that would be handling your appointment had to go to lunch, she will be back shortly. Instead , they yelled at us and said, what do you expect? Everybody needs to have lunch. Its amazing that they still work there. They are known in the neighborhood of being terrible. Im dreading the fact that I have to return there this afternoon and see if I get my appointment accomplished.

On the 28th of this month I went to the post office of this address and paid $ 23.75 for my mail to arrive in San Francisco on the 29th at 3 pm. Today is 30 and the envelope did not arrive, I will claim the office and I do not want to refund the money for the company policy until the envelope is not delivered. The supervisor is called and rudely, as always, not the first time she treats the local people wrong, but she never touched me. She is a person with few manners, very very very low level, and does not know how to treat people. How is it possible that someone like that is a supervisor? is incredible. Even showing according to the tracking number, that the envelope was delayed 1 day, they did not want to refund the difference of what I had paid.

The service is terrible!! The manager is so rude. I went to the office to claim a pair of earring that I send to my sister in ny,she did not receive. When she got the package she said it looked like it was tampered with the place where the tape is suppose robbery was opened then looked like it was closed back. I told the clerk that I was putting money and earring and he did not say I couldnt he weighted it and charged me. So I went in march 28 and told the manager that the clerk did not say I couldnt put earring and she said he should of told me and that she has no male workers in her store but it was a male that took care of me. After that she completely ignored me and walked away.

This post office is a prime example for self-service. Except for one woman who always goes out of her way to be pleasant, others are outright rude and convey the impression that they dislike their customers, dislike their jobs, dislike their lives. The manager either feels the same, doesnt care, is blind and doesnt see or isnt on site. What is their deal? If the customer really does come first, as they say on the phone, just be friendly. Smile. Say "next customer" loudly enough for someone other than themselves to hear, and look the customer in the eye. Its not rocket science. If you hate us so much, do us a favor and quit.

Apparently, one of the requisite to work here is that you have to be rude. Every time I enter to this place you will see long lines and upset faces but the worst is that the faces are from the employees behind the counter! They look like they do not want to be there; they hate their work, they do not have any idea of customer service or, they do not have a training to deal with people. Stay away from this place and go to 95st and you will find a nice personnel. Because at the end of the day you are still a customer paying for a service, this is not free service from the government and at least you deserve a good attitude.

ANGIE is truly one of the rudest people I have ever met. I too feel embarressed when go to this post office. The way she speaks to customers is horrific. I can see the intimidation in their eyes. I told her today that I hoped her day got better and she acted crazy...!! I told her bad attitudes were contagious and she wasnt fazed. I have officially reported her and do not feel bad about it. I am always in a great mood when I walk in and feel horrible when I leave. If you are so unhappy then retire. Like I said before she has to be in the top three rudest people I have come across in my life, I am nearly 40.

First of all, Why isnt there a 0 Star here? All of the reviews are on point and downright correct. Ive been a resident in this area for over a decade, and have witnessed all of this rudeness that occur here at this particular post office with the black women. They act as if they are being forced to come to work. I dont know why the USP has not read any of these reviews and done nothing about it. I am prior military, and this is NOT the way we treat people in our country. Until something is done, I suggest that you avoid their lines or use the Surfside or Normandy post office if necessary.

03/22/2016 The returned to sender a package correctly addressed to my name, for this reason I had to wait another 2 weeks for having my package re-delivered 02/20/2016 Staff is not helpful, the lady answer me with attitude, they returned a package and they opened my package. I got the notification to get the package and when I went they could not find the package, so I have to come back later I they wanted me to purchase scotch tape to close and resent same package, I grabbed my package and leaved to another usps store, worst experience ever

I was in this branch recently and was terribly embarassed at the way the two postal employees were treating several customers. They were loud, rude, and antagonistic. One customer was not allowed to come in with her Rollerblades on, so she quietly went back out and took them off and was then not allowed to come in because she had socks on and no shoes. The situation deteriorated from there. The postal employees had only to let her in for a few brief minutes with her socks on and the whole ordeal would have been avoided.

This is an awful USPS branch. The employees will yell at you, tell you that you need to speak English to go there, and are super lazy. I waited in a 4 person line for almost an hour to pick up a package and when I took it without saying "Thank you" the black lady at the front yelled "Youre welcome!" at me sarcastically as I walked out the door. I only go here when I have to pick a package up, otherwise I go to a branch by SR 826 and SW 8th Street where I receive incredible service every time.

its a shame i cant give this place -5 stars! they are awful plus they are theives. I sent a package and they couldnt help me locate the tracking number or anything and it was a SUPER special gift. its very upsetting. and judging from all these reviews, they need a new staff thats not so old and senile! none of them are cheerful and act like the menopause button literally was pressed and they frowns were stopped in time. yuck! please hire ppl who enjoy doing their job!
