I "am in LOVE" with this post office, its the Post Offices BEST hidden secret around! It IS the perfect place to mail ANYTHING when you are in a hurry. Bill, I believe, is possibly the nicest and quickest post office employee I have EVER met. However in the running (close 2nd) is Buffy, bc I deal with Bill much more. They both ARE helpful and knowledgeable in helping you with your mailing/post office needs.

The heavy set woman who works here is a B*%&$! Theres always something wrong with how your shipping something or how it is packed. She talks to you like your an idiot when you dont understand something. She has gotta go. Ive only seen other employees maybe twice, unfortunately this woman is constantly there for some reason no matter what time of day. Please fire this ogre.

Personally, I have had no issues what the mail men/women. However, the Crafton office and the GreenTree office are both awful with customer service. Ive called at least 45 -50 times this week and not one time was the phone answered. I am not even exaggerating. I understand it can get busy but to not answer the phone at all is very unprofessional.

Mail delivery accuracy is poor. My apartment is right across the street, they misdelivery mail on a very frequent and consistent basis. Nice staff, location is nice.
