Untrained and undisciplined mechanical staffs. Starts with "untrained", do not bring your new car with new technology here, like my Prius. They have no clue what to do with it, yes, from how to start it up. The "undisciplined", every time I brought my cars here, there are ALWAYS engine oil spilled here and there, not a major thing but I get to clean up before I can sit in my light cream color leather seat. Here are more details why only 2 stars. Youll get a print out Service Description on the points where mechanics has done. Wash Winshield, ok what is this? Because for the past 5 yrears, not once they had wash my windshield. But its always checked. So you might suspect it maybe the Windshield fluid under the hood. As mater in fact, yes somebody opened it and was NOT filled because my sensor lit up, I stopped the car, open the hood and check myself after the oil change. Ah, there is. Somebody did opened my Windshield fluid tank cap and NEVER bother to shut it but on the same check list, there is Washer Fluid - Filled? Pls dont ever touch it again, Ill do it myself. All 4 tire pressure was also checked. And of course, not a thing my eyes dont check under the bright sun. Why, because I never wash my tires rims before my car goes to the shops. My dirty rims dont even have a finger print on it. Tire pressure check? No thanks, I do it myself once a month anyway. Battery check? Ony my Prius? Let me stopped laughing for a second. Most human on earth dont even know where the Prius batter is. Unless youre the mechanics worked on Prius in the Toyota dealer or a fellow Prius owner, its in your owners manual. The best is the Wiper check. This car is 3 years old, Im actually shopping for new wipers. But again, it was "Checked". So when the cashier told me the car is ready to go. I went to pick up my car. The classics for all mechanics. They could reset the yellow Check Engine light. After 5 years and 4 cars all serviced at this location, it is enough. I gotta find another shop. Toyota dealers arent better neither. All the above issues mentioned was just one car and one oil change, how on earth they can messed up so much. Needless to mention plenty other issues in the past included scratched my factory OEM rims during tires rotation. When I got home, I checked the car under the engine, surely to confirmed the excess wind noise under the car, the mechanic did not bolt the under penal beneath the engine. I just spend over an hour and find a replacement plastic push pin because there were 3, and one is already gone after the oil change. I began to wonder did Walmart mechanics ever change my engine filter because it is much complicated then change oil itself. Sigh, so hard to find a good shop in South Florida. Ok, back to oil change myself and use all the knowledge Ive learned in high school auto shop skills again.

Management is at fault that this place is so low at customer service. 3/7/17 spent 15 mins waiting for someone to come and take my car info for the oil change and no one came. Asked the staff outside and they said manager said not to take any more cars in for that service, although it was well within business hours. They all knew but no one came to tell any of the waiting customers in line. They didnt put a sign either. Staff is not trained for customer service, it shows that management is not either.

I have been here since 3 its currently 5:20. They still have not started on my car for a simple oil change. The people look lethargic af.. Counting every step they take. Management obviously is not aware of this or even cares. They dont even deserve a full star. This is the last time I will be coming here. How is this place still running? Dont come here. Just dont. This is ridiculous.

Move slow on purpose to do as little as possible. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Use to be decent a year and half ago now is just a s*** show. They legit dont care; worse case of zombies at work ive seen in a while. Ken runs a real loose ship

These people are horrible. The Tle department is supposed to open at 7. It is 7:35 and its still not open. Ive been waiting since 6:55. Someone came and stood at the door, then walked away. Horrible just horrible experience.

Súper slow service workers in here only do walk and walk they dont take care about their job and time 4 cars and nobody doing nothing and I see like 5 people "working "more than 2 hours just waiting for a oil change

Unprofessional staff, go figure. Not interested in helping the customer just in moving you along. They have no problem with subjecting you to over a 1 hour wait for a ten minute tire rotation.
