Overall service is good. However, just recently my fiance took her car there for an oil change and come to find out the next day that one of their techs stole her TOM TOM GPS. Walmart did nothing about it, told her it would be impossible for someone to do that due to all their cameras!. So watch-out if you take your car there, be sure to strip it of any costly items. People in the lube department obviously need GPSs more than there customers during this trying economic time.

I had a family member who had their purse snatched at walmarts, they claimed the cameras did not catch it! They would not turn it into the cops, they didnt want the bad publicity in the paper! We had to make a report on our own afterwards, they claimed they called the cops, but didnt!

Horrid service. Slow service. Everytime Ive had service done here, I spend over 3 hours waiting for my car to be taken care of. The staff is rude and unresponsive when asking about your vehicle, after waiting for over 3 hours to leave.
