Took my car just for a check-up. Car went in with no issues whatsoever and came out with an Airbag light. Not sure what happened, but all I know is that I left the car there for a few hours. All they were supposed to do is inspect it; they obviously did more than just that. Not sure what, but I suspect some parts have been switched for my airbag light to come on or maybe they screwed up something while checking it. Either way, they left me with a repair that now I have to fix. When I went to pick it up they said "the light was there when you dropped it off". LIARS! I would never use this shop again.

They are very nice and polite, there is no doubt about it. From the guy who answers the phone to the mechanics that talk to you about your problem, they are pleasant. My issue here is that I was told that the ONLY solution to my AC problem was a major replacement and a ton of labor...$1,200. I asked if that was the ONLY solution, they told me yes. After a little reading online and the consultation of a mechanic friend, we fixed the problem with my AC for $40 and a shopvac. I am sure they do great work here, but I would suggest a second opinion...

HONEST-RELIABLE-FAST!!!! My family has been using them for years. Just this morning I had to bring my car in. The shifter cable to the transmission was broken. Pep Boys already quoted me $247 labor plus parts. The guys at Royal Palm Auto Spa looked at it, while I waited, and determined it wasnt broke, but rather just un-attached from the gear selector. Fixed it while I waited and only charged me for 1/3 hour of labor-even though book time quoted 2.5 hours. HONEST-RELIABLE-FAST!

They have always been and continue to be trustworthy and very honest. I have saved countless thousands and have always known them to stand behind their work. No matter what needed to be repaired, it was always done right the forat time. Great people, great service, great pricing! I highly recommend them!

Went to Goodyear and they were assholes. Wouldnt even LOOK at my tire to let me know if it was something that needed to stay for a day. Just told me they wont get to it for 3 hours and itll take 45 minutes to replace. Left and came here and the guy was AMAZING. Looked at and fixed the small issue immediately. Love places like this!!

Best service around, I have a Nissan that has over 200,000 miles that runs perfect and they are the only place I take my car to. When it comes to complete service they can handle all jobs and all cars, so I will always come here for any car repair because I know that always do a great job.

Hours of Operation posted are incorrect. Google posted generic times and The Royal Palm Auto Spa has no way to change them. The correct Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm Saturday 7:30am - 2:00pm Sunday Closed
