I came in early enough to where there were only 3 people here. Almost 3 hours later Im still here waiting for a tire change. And numberous cars have come and gone and customers that were after me have been serviced and on there way. There is no rhyme or reason, no system of getting the work done. There are no appointments so it should be first come first serve. But still here waiting as Im watching vehicles that arent mine being pulled into the garage without explanation of why they are going before.

My husband went in for an oil change and upon leaving his belly pan dropped and started dragging on the ground and he realized they never put the bolts back in for it. When he drove back to Walmart and confronted about the problem, he was told oh well there were no bolts in when we took it off. Because clearly he would just drive around a 2016 civic with a belly pan hanging and dragging around. Would give no stars

I called for the hours of operation and the phone rang for about a minute straight before someone picked it up. The exact dialogue that followed was just pure rude. Hire people who care, please and fire those that dont. I was very polite and said thank you at the end of the conversation and the lady just hung up the phone. This is a trend because my husband received the exact same treatment a couple weeks ago.

I was told it would be a half hour wait before they could get to my car. Its been 1.5 hours and they still havent touched it. Other cars have been getting done ahead of mine and Im not 100% sure why. Rude customer service and long waits. I will never use their services again. Not recommended.
