Ive had my vehicles serviced at Apex Automotive for the last 5+ years. Wes & Karina along with their entire staff have never let me down or done any service work that I havent been totally satisfied with. They have serviced all 9 cars that my family has driven and I wouldnt think of taking my vehicles anywhere else. Apex has a warranty program for service that far surpasses any other repair shop around - including dealerships. From tires, to brakes to rebuilding transmissions, Ive shopped around occasionally but always end up having the service down at Apex. Ive referred MANY friends to Apex and they all thank me for introducing Apex to them. It also helps that they have one of the cleanest and brightest waiting rooms and their service bays are the cleanest and neatest youll find anywhere. Wes is the most honest and hardworking owner of a repair shop Ive ever met. That is a rarity in car repair dealerships. Hes on site and makes sure all of his technicians fix the car properly and explain to you what they did and what you need to do to take care of your car to prevent future problems. Take my advice and take your car to Apex for service. Youll be glad you did!

On 8/25/2015, I was traveling across the state from Fort Myers to look a place to move to and my car broke down. I used Google to find a repair shop and this place came up as being fairly close and had a great rating. I called the shop and they personally arraigned a tow truck to come get my car. Instead of making my family and I wait with the car in the hot Florida sun, the service advisor personally took his own car and picked us up. We decided to wait in his shop to see what is wrong. The shop has a very nice customer lounge with coffee and a tv. After a thorough diagnosis, it turned out it was a minor repair. The entire bill including the towing was under $300. They are completely honest. When I move, I now have a mechanic. Thank you gentlemen for helping us out yesterday.

Scheduled an oil change not to long ago and was told to bring my car in. Having made an appointment, I expected my car to be taken in and an pick change done within an hour. I was told that I would have to drop the car off because they "were backed up." Reluctantly, I dropped the car off and called an uber to take me to work. After about 3 hours of not hearing from them I called and was told they were still backed up. The staff was rude and kept telling me that "these things happen!" After that experience I have not been back and plan to never go back. If you have an appointment dont expect your car to be on time. This exact same thing happened to friends of mine in the past AND TODAY!!!!

I stopped into this place for a quick oil change. I normally do it myself but was in a bit of a rush. Their waiting area is great, super clean with a nice big television. It was so cozy in their it felt more like being in someones house. Normally automotive waiting rooms are smelly and there is black grease coating everything, and what coffee they offer is really gross and has sugar and fake cheap creamer all over the place. This place was nothing like that. When I got my truck back I was surprised they had given me a free wash! Wow, who are you people! Thanks guys for making me feel like home, I really appreciate it.

I have used Apex many times - for auto maintenance and repairs and to purchase tires. The work was always done properly, they always gave accurate estimates, and the staff was always professional and pleasant, and more than once went what Id consider above and beyond the call of duty. Plus the waiting room is super nice. Thank you for offering such reliable and honest automotive service! For what its worth, I think the two one-star reviews here look like they were posted by people who never visited Apex. Perhaps they are from internet trolls or someone posting fake reviews.

poor customer service . the owner does not no how to talk to his customers. why would I give apex my hard earned money to be talked down to. yes they do good work but customer service means alot. I refuse to Give apex anymore of my money there are plenty of auto repair shop around. at least when you go into tires plus you get treated like a person not that IM a fan but customer service and being greated the right way means alot when I spend my money. APEX YOU LOST A CUSTOMER WITH 3 CARS AND YOU CAN BE SURE I WILL PASS THIS AROUND.

WOW! Simply amazing. It was so nice to be squeezed into their busy schedule, and still took their time to take care of me and my vehicle. I especially liked the fact the the staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the importance of items recommended without the high pressure sales tactic. Anthony & Wes helped me make a future plan to keep my car in tip top shape. Apexs shop is a warm & welcoming place to have your vehicle serviced. I highly recommend Apex to everyone, they certainly have gained a customer for life.

I cannot say enough great things about this Apex! EVERY staff member is so courteous, responsive and they all take as much time as necessary to make sure I understand exactly what is going on with my car. They go out of their way to make our experience as positive as possible. Their facility is ulta-clean and accommodating, even when youre waiting with small children! My husband and I feel so blessed to have found this place to take care of us! We would HIGHLY recommend Apex to anyone!!

If you are anything like me...I used to dread taking my car in for an hour change with the fear that I was going to be told that I need more work! I NEVER have that fear with Apex Automotive! They are completely honest and fair in all their work! I feel as though they take care of my car as if it was their personal vehicle! Now with their 2nd location I can bring my car in at anytime and always get that personal care. The owners of Apex Automotive are great people!!

Im really satisfied with the professionalism of this people, they were fast, knowledgeable and caring, my car was out in no time, they made sure I understood whats going on. What I didnt liked was that I received a quote over the phone by one of the advisors and when I got in person the price sky rocketed, but Im still giving 5 stars because the person who assisted me worked out a price that fell on my budget, so I went for it. Im definitely coming back.

VERY STRAIGHT SHOOTING HONEST FAMILY OWNED AUTO REPAIR. WE BROUGHT OUR CAR IN FOR FIRST TIME FOR BRAKE REPAIR. MY HUSBAND LOVED THE CLEANLINESS AND THE OWNERS FRIENDLY APPROACH TO RUNNING THEIR BUSINESS. ITS HARD TO FIND HONEST MECHANIC AND I CAME ACROSS THIS PLACE ON INTERNET BEINGS WE ARE NEW TO WELLINGTON.
