Vehicle serviced for warranty engine replacement. After three weeks told vehicle was complete and ready for pickup. Arrived at dealer after returning rental; fuel leak in engine compartment and vehicle would not start. Dealer replaced throttle body and injector seals. One week later arrived to pick up vehicle after returning rental; massive fuel leak in engine compartment, vehicle interior flooded with fuel vapor. Dealer replaced fuel injector and fuel rail seals. One week later arrived to pick up vehicle after returning rental, this time insured everything extensively checked out; vehicle stalled and shuttered violently on trip home with fuel smell in interior. Dealer indicated loose electrical wiring, kept vehicle three additional days. Picked up vehicle once again after returning rental; fuel leak in engine compartment with vehicle interior flooded with fuel vapor, additional fluid leak detected under engine, interior climate control fails to work properly, nasty creaking sound from under hood, front brakes inspected and serviced by dealer failed inspection. my vehicle is currently sitting in driveway (unsafe to drive due to fuel leak fire hazard). 37K miles, A title. Vehicle out of service now for nearly 90 days. The entire service department at Team Ford demonstrated incompetence, lack of professional standards and courtesy while servicing vehicle. Three times the service department was tasked to repair fuel leaks they caused by pinching seals during assembly. Three times vehicle was returned in hazardous state with large amount of fuel leaking on top of engine. BTW, following the last round of issues, the service manager never returned phone calls. I was left without a functional vehicle or rental, and no means to have it repaired. This matter is now being pursued by an attorney. Please stay away from this dealer, you may pay for it like I did.

I have used this service department in the past without issues. I recently had a timing belt changed as well as a mass airflow sensor and when the car was returned the air conditioning suddenly did not work ( very cold prior). I called the service department and told them about the issue and they said that bring it in and they would take a look, I also told them that I needed the stabilizer links replaced and asked if the parts would be there when I bring it in since I live 45 min from the garage. A few days later I dropped of my car as was planned and they called to tell me that they had nothing to do with the reason why the air conditioning did not work but could test it for a leak and charge it. They also told me that the links were not in stock and they would have to order them. They stated that I could leave my car there until it could be fixed. I told John that I did not have and extra car available and I would have to discuss the issue with my family to decide how I could handle the situation. While waiting to hear back from my family John called back and stated that he located the parts in Cinncy and that if he ordered them in 15 min then they would be there by Saturday ( the following day) and the mechanic would come in on Saturday to finish the job. Well, I did not receive a phone call on Saturday morning so I called around 1:30 to see about the progress and was told the service department left at 1:00. I am without a car come Monday morning. They are incompetent and not worthy of anyone’s hard earned money!

These dealerships are ran by a great group of hard working people, who care about their customers. My family and I have purchased multiple vehicles through the dealerships in which we were taken care of so well through the whole process. They provide a professional sales floor, along with an awesome service lane, and their technicians are the best around! As I read through the other positive comments I noticed the negative Nancy, for some reason this Anti-Steubenville Dave Wilson seems to have an issue with this whole entire area, along with trying to throw a couple low blows not only at the dealership but at our justice system. "It" seems to write other negative comments throughout others places. Im referring to it as "It" because considering "It" seems comfortable to hide behind a fictitious name and write awful reviews. Whatever you may be, if your so bold to stand behind your comments why dont you put down Mountain Dew Speedway slushy, throw on a clean pair of underwear, and come on out with a real profile.

This service department is absolute fraud. The Cadillac service department. I spent 3500 dollars last 5 months there and I still had the issues with my car. I just went to small claims and the judge completely ruled against me even though I had all the evidence there. I went alone because my lawyer said they had no case. Well I have to appeal now. They showed up with 4 people ........lol............like I was intimidated!! Some punk owner son cracking his knuckles acting tough guy. What a joke. This dealership is an embarassment to Steubenville. Cant get a fair hearing around here. At the courthouse, one Team representative actually went into the judges chamber before the hearing started. LOL!!!!!!! Well Ill have my attorney handle the appeal. So Dave Wilson I know what your going through. Lesson learned here. Dealerships are "inept" and fraudulent. Im Catholic, what goes around comes around. Thank You.

SInce I live an hour away I worked with them via email. I told them what I was willing to pay and what I was expecting for trade-in. Both numbers were within the avg range for Kelly Blue Book. The internet sales person told me there should be no problem getting the deal done. I took a half day vacation to drive to Steubenville to sit for an hour and get low-balled with numbers that werent even close to what we had discussed over our emails. As I was leaving, I asked them what was wrong with my trade-in that would make them not even get me in the Kelly Blue Book range and I was told there was nothing wrong with it that they could point out they just couldnt get approval from the higher ups. Just my fair warning to not trust the numbers they throw at you prior to you getting on the lot.
