10 times over 5 yearts I brought my Land Rover for service to fix a wind whistling sound. They said they were never able to recreate it. Yet every time I got back in my car, there it was. They even brought a "wind specialist" and returned the car to me in the same condition. When I picked it up they said they could not recreate problem. I drove away and onto the bridge 200 yards from dealership and there it was! I turned around and picked up a service member and took him for a drive so he could hear it, which he did. They finally admitted that they just didnt know what to do about it. Ive been driving this car for 5 years with this whistle driving me crazy!! I brought my Land Rover in for service due to a "Roll Over" looking warning light. They ran diagnostics and could not find the problem. They told me to continue to drive the car with the "Roll Over" light on and let them know if it gets worse. !! They broke the water proof skin of my electronic key when I brought my Land Rover in for service and wanted to charge me several hundred dollars to fix it. After months of escalating to management and waiting, they finally fixed it at no cost. The same thing happened again last week! They were very skeptical as to whether they will fix it. I have not yet heard back.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I will admit we went to another dealership & we were ready to get rid of our vehicle (even though we LOVE). I dont think any dealership should be rude when you are there for anything let alone warranty work. If you ever are looking for a car know that this dealership will take care of you! I want to give a shout out to Ashli. On the phone is was pleasant & professional & the same in person! Cannot thank her enough bc I rrally didnt want to have to get another vehicle! This will be our place for all future service & when we get the velar!!

I just finished my first year with my Range Rover and took it back to Island Land Rover for a one year checkup and to have an additional accessory installed. The people in the service department and sales were wonderful. They answered all my questions about the car. They even did research on one of the questions I asked about the adaptive cruise control. The people at this dealership really go "Above and Beyond."
