Hurried to Firestone the Friday before Memorial Day. I had a tire leaking air (ran over a nail). Was told almost an hour prior to closing that everyone was already "clocked out" so there was no one to fix my tire. Several guys in uniform were standing outside smoking, laughing, and talking. So... they are trying to tell me the guys are just hanging around, off the clock, the Friday before a holiday weekend? Please. Once people clock out they are gone - they dont hang out. These people have absolutely no concern for their customers safety. They had no problem turning me away to drive on an under inflated tire with three children. Of course, they couldnt be bothered to put more air to hold me over or put the spare on for me. What the guy working the front was able to do for me was to send me to Goodyear. Even gave me directions for a "shortcut". Firestone should be aware their employees are not only turning away customers, but happily sending them to their competitor. Thanks for the referral though. Goodyear was happy to have my business and fix my tire. Said they couldnt let me drive away with three kids and an almost flat tire. Save yourself the hassle and go to Goodyear (only about a mile away) They have a more mature and helpful staff. Firestone has a bunch of lazy kids with no personal integrity. They think the customers are stupid enough to believe that everyone is clocked out an hour prior to closing but remain at work hanging out. Id give zero stars if I could.

I have had my car serviced with them before it was great until this appointment. I called a week in advanced to schedule an appointment to have my car serviced.my shaft seal was leaking and they had to order the part ahead of time.i show on time to my appointment at 9:00am with my baby.im waiting in the waiting room. I hear two of the technicians calling around for my part to others stores to see if they have it in stock.it was already 9:30am .I confront one of the technicians to ask if they even had my part.he said they finally got the part.the labor was originally going to take them an hour and half to have it replaced.so I asked them how long do you think it will be ,my child was loosing her patience as well as i.he kinda got snappy with me when I told him I need it done in an hour.they got it done by 10:45-11.my whole point is if you dont have the part ,call the customer and reschedule the appointment. I waited for a total of 2 hours to have my car serviced.my agenda is tight already.i gave them plenty of time to order the part.they were really unprofessional in my opinion. I dont think I will back.

DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE!!!!.i went in recently to get an oil change and an "inspection". When i got the vehicle back, not only was the oil low (if not changed at all), but the wiper fluid was replaced with water!!!!! Not only did i have to wait 30 minutes to be helped, but when i left the shop the check engine light came on, and the truck ran worse than when i brought it in. Simply put, this auto shop is a crook, and you will get poor service. i only feel bad for the Sun city folk and people who trust these guys to get their vehicles fixed. they are always busy, and i know FOR A FACT that they are just getting you in and out as fast as possible to meet their quota for the month. do not get service done here, you are better off going to these local owned auto shops, the firestones and goodyears in this area are not what they seem

Went to the area for my daughters orientation for college at USCB. Somehow hit a wheel weight on the road and went through a tire. Happened to me before believe it or not. Had to wait because of others with appointments. I respect that. My other national tire store was nowhere near within 75 miles to cover my insurance with them. People there was great. Witnessed them doing everything to help someone else having a big problem with a car and made numerous phone calls to get a rental car from an hour away to get delivered at the shop to get her to Florida. Knowing they are there while my daughter is attending college is going to make me use Firestone on all my vehicles.

There service is ok, had to come back multiple (meaning 4) different times to get my front end re aligned cause one of the wheels looked cambered out or it started pulling to one side. Last time I went in some new guy (cant remember his name) told me he would do it and resolve the problem, and that he did so I give props. And I ordered tires through them a while back and had them install and one of there "technicians" cross threaded all 5 lug nuts on one wheel then ran em down tight.

I needed a new water pump for my Saturn. Firestone quoted me a price of $276 to replace it. That is $79 for the water pump and the rest is 2 hours in labor. I thought that was high, so went to Advanced Auto and got a brand new water pump for $28. A lot cheaper than Firestones $79 water pump. Then I went online and got instructions and replaced it myself in 2 hours. If an amateur like me could do it in 2 hours, you know professionals like them could do it a lot faster.

Great Service. The place is very friendly and they went out of their way to help us. Our car was in the shop for a week and they did an excellent job of keeping us up to date on the status of the job. I really like that they took the time to explain what was wrong with the car, how it affected the car and what some options were as far as fixing it. I will be visiting this shop for all my car needs and recommend it to all.

For the past 4 years, we have taken our 99 Ford Explorer and our 11 Hyundai Santa Fe to this Firestone shop for tires, oil changes, brakes, and a/c repair. Sometimes we have an appointment, sometimes we have to drop in with an urgent problem. The staff has ALWAYS been knowledgeable, friendly and timely. The repairs have always been done well. This particular shop can get VERY busy. Its best to call ahead.

Service above and beyond. Was there 5/6, late in the day. Had spent $1700 in the past six months. They resolved my issue at no charge. Chip, Jeremy. Bobby, and especially Drew stuck with the problem and fixed it. Cuddos to all at the Sun City shop. I tell everyone how great they are - thats why they are always busy. Again - a big thanks to the Sun City shop!!!!!!!

Time management is horrible. I set an appointment for an oil change at 1130, arrived at 11 to drop my truck off and departed to run some errands. Come back at 1245 and they didnt even move my truck from the original parking spot. Why make people set appointments if you cant even honor it. Point blank there should be no excuses that the job wasnt done.

I have always received adequate service from Firestone, and they are conveniently located close to where I live. Waiting room is nice, they are well organized and seemingly all equipment and technology is up to date. However, I believe I am paying a very high price for the convenience and service, and am taking my auto repairs to another repair shop.
