Today I visited hovas for a tire alignment. Waited an hour to then leave and realize the pulling hadnt been resolved at all. While paying for the service I was told I needed to look into getting new tired BUT this was after the alignment was already done, after I had already paid. Had he told me from the beginning this alignment will not do anything for you until you get new tires id be leaving a MUCH different review. Why would I have to wait until after the appointment and after payment to be told this was a waste of time and money until I invested in new tired ! How does he know Im even keeping the car long enough to invest in new tires!! When I called not only did he completely disregard the fact that I was upset all he had to say was sorry when I asked why he didnt tell me about the tired being an issue before completing the allignment? Lesson learned: never ever go into hovas as a woman getting something done to your car because they WILL take advantage of your lack of knowledge about cars. I will never visit this facility again and hope someone will read this and realize they shouldnt either.

The guys Mike and Red were AWESOME.. Very nice. Thier estimates are always cheaper than any other repair shop They gave me a courtesy ride home till my car was done...going there again to get my muffler fixed on monday...they always do a GREAT & INEXPENSIVE job+depending on what needs done, you get your car back the same day.. Would recommend Hovis Tire to anyone. : )
