When I became single a few years ago I was concerned about "those" auto places that count on women and some men not knowing anything about taking care of their vehicle and sometimes taking advantage of that lack of knowledge. I needed someone that I could count on and that I could trust. There was a young man where I worked that suggested I try Bluffton Tire and Auto, he told me that it was owned by a good christian man and that I could trust and afford them. So I made an appointment to get my brakes changed. They had been squealing for some time now and I couldnt put it off any longer. I took my car in and they offered me a ride to work and said they would pick me up when my car was finished. Wow, I had never had that happen at any business. About 45 minutes later I was called and given the great news. My breaks didnt need changed after all they just needed the dust blown off. Someone else would have changed my breaks and happily charged me. Ive been going to Bluffton Tire and Auto since that day 2 years ago and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. I can always count on the team at Bluffton Tire and Auto to be honest, professional and caring. Thank you guys and Merry Christmas!

Twice now Bluffton Tire & Auto has gone above and beyond to help me with my car repairs. This last time they found a bad wire that ran to my alternator (no other mechanic was thorough enough to find it even though my vehicle has gone through 3 alternators in 8 years) and stayed 45min past their closing time to get me back on the road. The next morning when my vehicle wasnt running right I brought it back and they immediately took me to work (which is about 20 miles from them). Then about two hours later they not only had found the problem and fixed it but they also fixed a few other issues that were non-related. On top of that - they drove my vehicle back to me at work and didnt even charge me for that days work and chauffeuring. From the staff at the front desk to the mechanics in the back this is a stand up business that I will be going back to for all of my auto needs. Thank you to Justin and all the other staff that were so helpful that day.

Always have the best service. I have been going here as often as I can for anything from oil changes to heavy work even though I live am hour away. Just got 4 new tires put on wifes vehicle and they have never tried to sell me the highest priced, only what I have asked for and the most debendable tire. Sometimes it is hard to get in for something but i understand because they stay so busy because they are the best around hands down. Free tire rotation for the life of the tire is a small deal but even the smallest things add up to help people on a tight budget. Thanks Bluffton Tire and Auto for all the hard work.

Always excellent! Fair, honest, reliable repairs and services that are affordable with effective, quality results! The only place I will continue to take both of my vehicles to for the expected good service and repairs at a reasonable cost. Bluffton Tire and Auto has even saved me money on occasions with repairs by me listening to their recommendations for certain repairs or service. To me its great to know that we have a local tire and auto shop with its mechanics and staff that can be trusted! Thats not always easy to find....but when you do, you keep going back!

AVIOD! When I asked to see the part that was changed on my car, they were unable to show it to me. They did "work(welded a piece together)" on my car without my permission and processed to say they were helping me out. A bolt the keeps my tire in place was also neglected to be put on after said "work" was finished; now there is a noise coming from the side they"worked" on(said noise wasnt present before). When I went to give the manager feedback about my experience he didnt want to hear a single thing I said, very poor customer service.

I would recommend this place to everyone! They are trustworthy, affordable and it is obvious that they care about their customers and their employees. The service was surprisingly fast but I was there for just an oil change and tire rotation. I was so pleased and not once was I called "little lady" or "sweetheart". And I was not taken advantage of when I thought I needed balance, and was told that was only necessary unless the car is shaking.

All of the staff is friendly and professional. I was very impressed when the mechanic took me into the garage to show me what need to be fixed and why. On another occasion, my car was almost a lost cause, but the staff here kept trying and I was so pleased that they were able to bring my car back to life! I feel that they also will give you the best deal possible and their prices are reasonable. I do recommend them to my friends.

My wife took her Jeep in yesterday, problem jeep seemed to be miss firing. We had a small miscommunication the owner stepped right up resolved my concern immediately! Bluffton Tire went above and beyond what was expected. I always try to support local businesses. Bluffton Tire will be servicing my personal vehicles and work vehicles.

Had the chance to rip us off and didnt do it .I was gonna get two tires had a nail in the side wall of one .They were great saved me money and was honest my other tire was like new I didnt need the second tire.Thanks for the honesty and now I am doing 4 tires on my hyundai tomorrow .

They tried ripping me off. I went to Messex and they charged me less then 1/2 of what Bluffton Tire and Auto were trying to charge. Plus they tried to say something else was wrong with my vehicle and charge for something else, when there was nothing else wrong with my vehicle.

DO NOT GO HERE. After making an appointment days ahead i sat for 4 hours just to get an estimate! Was not told until after what was going on or a price and then they made me pay $55 for absolutely no work because it was "labor" to check my wheel problem. Avoid this place.

What a GREAT shop! I went in for a quick light bulb fix and it was done in 15 minutes---as a favor! I now know where to go when I have to have my car worked on….and I will be bringing cookies to them the next time I have to head down to the area…THANK YOU!! :)

THE most trustworthy shop Ive ever used. The staff is up front and honest about everything Ive had done to my vehicle and I have cross checked everything they said with my brother who is an auto mechanic in Texas. Best shop in town without a doubt.
