Whats going on with Fedex lately? so many mistakes going on! Had this package showed as delivered this morning, however I didnt receive anything and I dont recognize the person who signed for. Went on to verify the tracking information and it says: Delivered to address other than recipient. How on Earth does someone deliver to an address other than recipient, isnt that ridiculous at least? this was an urgent package which I needed today, but now looks like Ill have some trouble getting my items! COME ON PEOPLE, DO SOME WORK!

For some reason, FedEx will not allow drop off at their primary location for operations in my area (Fort Myers). I am now on my way to drop off a package two miles away at a FedEx store, that later today will be transported right back to where I am now at their main shipping center. What a ridiculous waste of time.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FALSE TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS. THEN THE REP ON THE PHONE IS REFUSING TO GIVE ME HER FULL NAME AFTER TELLING ME I "CANNOT" PICK UP MY PACKAGE WHICH WAS NOT DELIVERED ON TIME. THIS HAS HAPPEND MULTIPLE TIMES WITH FEDEX. WE ARE GOING TO ANOTHER PROVIDER.

I ordered a package from Canada, and came on the last day that it said it would be delivered to Florida (by the end of the day) and came a lil after 1 PM. Seems like the tracking works fine. No a problems at all. I would use them again

Called customer service and the guy on the other end was very rude and hung up on me!! If it were up to me I would never use FedEx again, this is not the first time Ive had trouble with them.

Horrible service. Left signature card as directed. Driver put a second need signature card on top of the one I signed and still did not leave the package. What a stupid idiot!

I HAD TO SEND OUT A PRINTER TO EPSON. I DROPPED IT OFF AT THIS FACILITY AND HAD NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER. -I SGNED AND IT WAS ON ITS WAY.

How hard is it to open a screen door and put a package in a covered front porch? For FedEx, difficult. Or just lazy.

Never delivers on time, literally drove past my house, then notified as "could not deliver". Seriously? Do your job.
