Worst customer service I have received . I have had many packages sent to my apartment and in all the comments it says and attempt to deliver was made and no one was one was home. No slip left at my apartment. I go to this UPS store to get my packages and ask if there is a better solution to receive my packages. With only one package being there. I am told there is not much they can but I can call the 1800 number. I was also told that it is not their fault it is the other UPSS fault. Before this UPS was opened I never had this much trouble. How can it not be your fault when my things were delivered to your location. I am sure the driver who says I was not home is the same driver who drops of my items to the store. If not there is still a solution to every problem. Wadsworth is a small town do not piss people off. Get in touch with the other UPS and find a soultion. Tell your customers you will figure out where the miscommunication is. Do a better job training your employees and if they are not doing there job properly take the right steps to solve the problem. Do not say there is new employee and that is probably who my driver is. Again the only advice I received was to call the 1800 number or go to the other UPS store and talk to them and this was advice from the owner.

Im EXTREMELY dissatisfied. I recently ordered a new phone and was told it would becoming Monday. Well, it got to my house at a time where I wasnt home. I was told that I could go pick it up at the UPS store the next day. Well when I got there to pick it up, I had no idea that I would be sitting there for OVER AN HOUR waiting just to get my phone. I was told they couldnt locate it which, in my opinion, is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I hope this helps and you dont have the same problems as I did!

Wonderful, attentive staff. I was eagerly greeted upon walking in. The 2 gentlemen were speedy, and good conversationalists. I was in and out and felt like a valued customer. I will DEFINITELY be coming here in the future for my UPS drop offs
