Completely worthless. Live in an apartment with a buzzer system at the mailboxes. Fedex apparently came and didnt even bother pressing the buzzer. Its a button. Took the day off of work, seeing as how its a computer, and now I have to go pick it up. While I am there, Ill be asking THEM to refund my shipping cost. Just got back from "meeting" the FedEx driver, after multiples calls of "phone tag". Meeting a driver not at the location of pick-up is against company policy. The driver was late to an address that didnt even exist, and we had to meet him at a different location. The driver was also very racist, stating things along the lines of "rag-heads" and "Arabs" about the people who ran the business that we met in front of. He then proceeded to not ask for ANY forms of identification, and nearly dropped the computer monitor that had shipped with the CPU, chuckling softly to himself. Before departing, he apologized for not being able to make it back to our apartment to RE-deliver the package because he was "slammed" today, though looking into the back of his van and seeing only 2-3 more boxes in it proved otherwise. Have filed a complaint against FedEx in regards to this, in hopes that he is reprimanded and/or fired.

Any time we place an order for something to be delivered overnight or express delivery, the FedEx driver doesnt even attempt to knock on the door or ring the doorbell. They slap a delivery attempt notice on the door and continue on their way, which means if we want our delivery, we can wait another day or go to pick it up. On separate occasions, I had been in our living room by the front door, today my granddaughter is right by the front door. Never have we heard any attempt to deliver. The only way I discovered it wasnt delivered was by checking status online. Calling FedEx, they "say" that they will contact the driver for re-delivery, but that has never ever occurred. We always end up driving to pick up packages. If we intended to do that when we placed an order, we wouldnt pay extra for faster delivery. I am also reporting this again to the Better Business Bureau, and to the company that used them to deliver our purchase. This is a rip-off .. they can delay delivery, so customers can pay extra for next day, but end up getting second day or third day, unless they want to take the time to personally pick up the package.

Im giving 4 stars because Fedex dont deliver on a Saturday. If Im incorrect then view this as a 5 star review instead, but Im pretty dang sure that USPS and UPS deliver on a Saturday without it being an extra special service. I wasnt in on Friday to receive my item (my bad), and when I got home the tag said to go to the shipping center in Middleburg Hts to pick it up after 5pm. I got to the place at about 7ish and was greeted by a friendly woman. She got my package quickly and there was no fuss or drama. I didnt feel like I was an inconvenience at all or like she wanted to be someplace else (lets face it, we all would rather be somewhere else other than work, but youre not meant to take that out on customers :P). I wouldnt mind having to go back there on other occasions that Im not in to take a delivery.

Left a door sticker on my apartments mailbox on the day of delivery. Ok, fine, I wasnt there. Went with the option to sign on the door sticker for delivery and left it on on the mailbox. Didnt get delivered the yesterday, sticker was untouched. Today I moved it to my apartment door in case thats where they would look for it, same thing. The tracking site says they attempted to deliver it both days so it looks like they didnt even bother to come into the apartments to check. When I scanned the door tag code it wasnt found in the system so it looks like they forgot to do even that. Now I have to take time out of my work schedule to pick this up because they arent open past 5 apparently.

Dreadful. Deliveryman made absolutely no attempt to enter the apartment building. He apparently made three "attempts" to deliver the package, but only left a sticker after the third attempt. The sticker informed me that I had to go to the FedEx center to pick up my package, otherwise it would be returned. When I went to the center to pick up the package, it took the woman 5 minutes to figure out why the sticker on the envelope said an address different from my address. When she finally handed it to me, I could clearly see that a return to sender label had been placed over the label with my address on it. FedEx is a bunch of incompetent fools.

FedEx is just awful. I also live in an apartment building with buzzers, and an office on the first floor that is staffed during normal business hours. I paid extra for Saturday delivery, *AND* there has been someone in the office all day (I was downstairs talking to him). FedEx claims they attempted delivery and the customer wasnt present and nobody was available. This is completely untrue, as Ive been sitting here all day waiting. And again, there is somebody in the building management office on the first floor in the front of the building. Seriously, FedEx really sucks. Lazy drivers and completely useless.

placed an order for 2 day delivery so I would have it before I left for vacation. It did not arrive on the date it was scheduled to (the day before I left), and when I tracked it, they said the expected delivery date was 3 days later, even though it had arrived at their warehouse early in the morning on the date it was supposed to be delivered. Now I have to see if I can drive to the store to pick it up before I leave, when I have a million other things to do. So frustrating! Why would someone pay extra for faster delivery when theyre not going to deliver it by the expected date anyway?

Same as everyone else. If you live in an apartment and they need a signature you might as well not even try. They will not try to get into the building. I had my phone number in the delivery instructions and everything so they could call/text me if they could not get into the building. Nothing. Even when I contacted them five minutes after they left, they did not have their driver make another attempt. Good thing I paid $40 for expedited delivery just to drive ~20 minutes to go pick my package up 2 days after the expected delivery date.

Despite calling, online communications, stopping by at their center, etc, I can not get FEDEX to stop trying to deliver a package requiring a signature to my door. I have offered to pick it up at their center, etc., but the only thing they can do is reroute for an additional fee. Customer service can not go outside of established procedures to help out. And lets be honest, they really dont give a flying Wallenda! The shipper chose FEDEX. I always go with UPS.
