They have had one of my shipments for 3 days now. Made it all to there and now all of a sudden they cant take it to my house... why ???!!!!???? someone else must have needed my parts for my work truck. three calls now and still getting no where!!!!!!!!! put the box on the truck and drive it to me!!!! I cant drive a truck without the parts your center is holding for no reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me start by saying this is NOT a FedEx "retail" shipping location. Its a shipping hub where they dispatch packages from (for home delivery I believe). Anyway, I had them hold a package for me here and picking it up was simple and pleasant!

Worst customer service ever experienced. FedEx loses my package and this customer rep made me feel like it was my fault. Dont hire people with The B attitude. One more reason to use UPS
