My daughter is 13. She worked all summer doing chores, and babysitting to save enough money to have her hair done. Well we pitched in for half. Now normally Im pretty easy going, but $200! When I picked her up, she had dye ALL over! Her eyelids, arms, and cheeks. The picture that she showed to have her hair done did not include her hair having to be bleached, as it was the "Oil Slick" coloring for darker hair (shes a brunette). Well lo and behold, hair bleaching occurred, and there are patches on her neck that are still her natural color (dark BROWN), what has ensued is a bleaching, with colors that have melted together to look like vomit, and a blonde patch at the back of her head with NO COLOR! MY KIDS HAIR IS FRIED! The dye job looks like someone who has NO experience did the job! Even the hairstylist (I use the term lightly, because it looks like a massacre), was covered even MORE in dye! Only reason they had a 1 star because I wouldnt be able to review with NO stars. I think Im going to go back tomorrow as they are closed now, and I literally just got her home to see the damage done to her head! Shes 13 starting school on Monday. Never again! Ill drive out of my way AND pay the extra money to go to the place that is professional. Update : she also had some of the bleaching residue caked behind her ear. Her stepfather paid for EVERYTHING upfront INCLUDING the tip, and I have taken pics of the damage. Should anyone want evidence I have plenty. I am EXTREMELY unhappy. I had a hairstylist in my family, unfortunately she is passed. Do yourself the favor please rethink before going here. I sincerely feel like my kid was taken advantage of because we dropped her off to have the hair done, and everything was paid prior. Laura was the one that did this. I have the card, and I certainly HOPE that someone learns from this.

My wife went to get her hair cut and colored. She explained to me that she had a bad experience. The hair coloring was left on for 30 minutes on the roots then she was asked to move to the sink. Her hair was wet and the color was worked through and left on for 15 seconds then rinsed out. The woman was not gentle and end up pulling her hair. My wife noticed that there was still gray in her hair and the only thing that was colored was the roots. Her hair was still 3 different shades. She was so unhappy with the final results that she cried for 3 hours after getting home. So she decided she wasnt going back there no more and want to get her hair coloring information card so she can go somewhere else. At first the woman she talked to said there was no card, but my wife knew there was a card from being there before. Then the woman said that my wife couldnt have the card and told me to call the next morning to talk to owner. My wife walked out and said never mind, keep my card. To top everything off, this is the 3rd different hairdresser that did my wifes hair because the last girls that did her hair was no longer there.

New to the area, I took my chances at a few local salons and had terrible experiences with rude and incompetent receptionists and stylists (if you can call them that). The haircut I wanted was fairly simple, yet no one could get it right! When I walked into the Hot Headz in Holiday I was immediately greeted in a friendly manner. I told them what I was looking for and showed a picture and Laura quickly took me back and got to work! The conversation was pleasant and the atmosphere relaxing. And within 30 minutes Laura had given me the cut I had been trying to get done right literally for years! FINALLY! Someone actually *listened* to what I said I wanted. I feel so much better!! I am really happy with my overall experience and will be making this Hot Headz my new regular salon. Thanks Laura! Youre a credit to your business. -- Kris with a K --

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here for a color. Not only did the guy 1) mess up my color completely so now I have to REDO it. 2) This place is RUN DOWN the utensils he used were dirty and broken the hair brush was ripping my hair out ! 3) I had to bend over with a towel over my face for 20-30 minutes so they could rinse my color out. Not only was this painful but also definitely not how a hair salon code should be. 4) After he fixed my hair to an extent where I could leave the store he made me PAY THE FULL PRICE. $60 WASTED. This salon should be shut down ! DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE TO REDO EVERYTHING WHEN YOU GO HOME. THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN A HAIR SALON.

The Hot Heads salon in Holiday, Florida is a pleasant experience with a clean retro simple setting and friendly stylists. I was tended to by Jade, and I am very thankful. Do not let her youth fool you. Her experience shows in her mannerisms and professional advice. I love how she high lighted, colored and styled my hair. I have lived in Florida for three years now, and had yet to find a person to do my hair the way I expected and desired. Jade did it. She is extremely personable, and I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new stylist. I know I have adopted her as my new stylist... I guarantee you, you wont regret it! Trishia

WORST SALON EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. The salon itself, is ran down. It looks like it belongs in hood of Detroit. Only reason why I went there is because I NEEDED my hair colored. Which now I regret, could have did a better job myself, the hair cut I got hell I had to fix myself when I got home. HOW HARD IS IT TO CUT A STRAIGHT LINE??????? DO NOW GOT HERE!!!!!!!

Was not pleased with my haircut it was cut uneven they didnt have all the supplies to do your hair and on top of that the person couldnt even blow my hair straight. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this place. I left out of there so disappointed and for the price I paid was not even worth it I had to go somewhere else and have my hair fixed what a disaster now my hair is way to short and I am not happy at all.

Lets just say I went in with a color mess and walk out feeling like a million bucks! I have colored my own hair for years and the last time was a disaster! Jade fixed me up with a new color/high lights/low lights and I LOVE IT! I dont see any more self coloring sessions in my future.. Im going to see Jade from now on! Thanks for hooking a girl up!

Danny is the worst stylist I have ever been to. Not only does he lack talent but his way of dealing with customers is very unprofessional. If it wasnt enough that my haircut was unsatisfactory I was put down in the process. A haircut may not be able to make someone beautiful.... But sitting on your high horse doesnt provide you with any sort of talent.
