Do NOT get your hair done by Amanda. She completely ruined my hairs. I was having it bleached so obviously thats already damaging it but I stressed that health is most important so to take the bleaching process as slow as possible. I also asked for her to use olaplex which was very important to me as that helps prevent a lot of damage. She ended up leaving the bleach on forever which WRECKED my hair so she had to cut about 5 inches off and then didnt even use olaplex like I asked. I realized this when I got home and texted her that she forgot to give me my take home olaplex and she told me that she didnt give it to me because she didnt charge me for olaplex. Also my hair turned out a little orange and she told me that she would contact some people and figure out how to get rid of it and would text me in a couple days but I never heard back from her. If you decide to go here Id recommend getting your hair done by someone other than her.

I had my hair done by Samantha and she did a really fantastic job with my layers and Im excited to see how my ombré will look after my next appointment! The only suggestion for improvement is on the website itself...nothing to do with stylists, but when youre booking an appointment it makes you choose from a long list of services and sometimes it can be confusing. I ended up choosing the wrong one which is why I had to get my ombre done at a later date instead of with my haircut. That is not the fault of any stylist -- it is just that their website needs to be more specific on what each label means/covers.

I really like it here. The service varies from person to person because the stylists essentially just rent out their areas. Its nicely decorated and is a relaxing place to get beautified. There parking is ample. Its definitely more expensive than a great clips but its a much classier place.

They dont answer the phone. How am I supposed to schedule an appointments if they dont answer the phone. Also they are closed by 5:30 on Sundays. I will tell everyone I know to never come here.
