Yesterday was my first time going to this salon. Sheena styled my hair And it looked a hot ass mess. I have a short hair style that is long on one side. The back and side of my hair is to smooth and flat. She took it upon herself to curl the back and side of my hair resulting in a look from the early 90s. She didnt even offer to shape up the back of my hair. My hair looked dry and dull. My edges looked a mess, hair was parted evenly, hair was sticking I took pics to show people because I knew they would not believe me. When I got in the car I put my rag back on my head. I dont think she can style black hair. When I called to make the appointment i asked the reception was she good and she lied and said yes. The bad thing about is the other stylist there saw my hair and said nothing. I would not suggest her to anybody. More training and education is needed. When youre in a customer service position you have to please the customer not just take the money and run. A true lesson learned.

My experience was pleasant. The facility was clean, organized and orderly. My appointment was on time and without delay. I also thought the barber was professional and took a great deal of pride in the service that he provided. The price was fair and I felt that I received value for my trade.
