Had an appointment with Courtney to ombre my hair. Brown at the top into a faded blonde at the bottom. My hair looked so horrible, I cried. Even though I hated it, I still had to pay for it. It was around $75. Went for a second appointment free of charge to "fix" it and still hated it. I gave her a picture of how I would like it at the first appointment and it wasnt even close. :( She didnt tell me till afterward "Well honey its not going to look like the picture"....why not tell me that beforehand? Another girl next to me wanted the same thing and hers turned out worse...it was so patchy and had a straight line around her head like a color block of dark brown straight to bright, patchy, orange/blonde. I wish I had a great experience, but this wasnt the case :(

I had a horrible experience. My daughter and I went to do updo’s for the wedding. Stylist, Jaimie, charged $51.00 for just simple French braid with the flower on bottom that took her 15 minutes and this style felt apart 1 jour after we left the store. Whereas, I had updo that took more than an hour with stylist name, Courtney (who did wonderful job), and I was charged the same amount. How is it fear? 15 minutes of work and more than one hour of work charged the same amount. Indeed, they refuse to take a coupon that I got during grand opening of the store and were extremely unprofessional. I am never going back there. Clearwater location is much better and at least I can see prices upfront before I order services, not like Tarpon Springs location.

I LOVE this Ulta and Shelby and Sam are THE best stylists/people Ive ever met. Shelby is fixing the damage that an Ulta manager from another location caused my hair. Shelby is wonderful...kind...uber professional...very knowledgeable and makes my experience there very relaxing. She has done wonders in the last few months ive been going to her. Sam is funny...great stylist...uber kind and the 2 of these gals make my day when Im there. So blessed to have found them!

Poor management. Managers spend more time gossiping and putting on makeup than doing their job and helping customers. Hardly ever enough staff to help anyone, only cashiers. Pam in Clinique is amazing. Ewelina is an incredible hair stylist, so are Dawn and Deveny. Brow bar girls rock and so do both the Esteticians. If youre not going for a service I suggest sephora or ulta in clearwater.

Had multiple fabulous visits to the Ulta Tarpon salon! Jamie (the salon manager) is awesome! All the girls are fun, friendly and talented... my mother sees Samantha B. on a regular basis and my sister had her BEST CUT EVER by Courtney. Also, Sonia (from a Michigan Ulta) is a top trainer for Ulta salons and works magic. I would definitely recommend this salon!

It was my first experience with Ulta couldnt ask for a better one. I was looking for a mini "makeover" after working very hard to get fit and healthy. The Manager (Jamie) totally assisted me in making decision on a new me. A new color, cut and make up! I left feeling absolutely wonderful. A thumbs up to the entire staff.

I had a great experience at Ulta in Tarpon Springs, Jamie (the manager) did my hair she was very professional and listened to exactly what I wanted and I LOVE how my color came out. I have recently relocated and had been looking for a stylist near my new home for a while now and I am so glad I found her.

Lovely lovely staff and lovely lovely makeup. I was sitting on the floor going through makeup and an employee came up to me and got me a chair and moved some stuff off a table for me and she helped me with my makeup like she had over the summer and remembered me. Love this place. Thank you.

Everyone there is soo friendly, Courtney in the salon really knows what shes doing. Out of all the salons Ive visited, ulta tarpon springs is the best hands down. All the girls there are exceptional at what they do,whether its professional makeup application, color, or a quick trim.

I dont usual go to a woman hair shop. I was there so walked in for a quick hair cut. I received, fast, friendly service. After i left looked in my rear view mirror thought those girls did a great job ready for my date tonight.

The girl who cut my hair sliced open my ear, I was bleeding badly. She smelled of booze. She had the gull to ask for a tip!!! Still charged me for hair cut, horrible service. Drunks cutting hair. Fair warning.
