Ron and his shop is an example of a good, honest, friendly service shop and I would recommend anyone to go there and speak with him. First met him when my car stopped working all of a sudden, he towed the car for free and fixed the problem within a day. I had this happen twice and the 2nd time he went to the car in South Beach and picked it up without me before it got towed, as I worked nights and would have been hard otherwise. Always friendly and helpful, never pushy or trying to up-sell, if anything diagnosis the problem, recommends a good fix and delivers. On top of that the customer service is 2nd to none, first time I had work done he had the car wash and vacuumed on his own dime just to say thank you and before if the car has been stuck there and I needed to get home has offered a ride if needed. Overall very happy and impressed with his work and honesty, a bright example in a otherwise uncertain world of car repair shops.

Would not honor their $19.99 oil change. Tried convincing me I must put synthetic, which isnt necessary. Also said he couldnt do the oil change because he doesnt have the filter.. So, why dont you order it?? The best part is when Ron told me to go and buy my own oil and filter and he will only charge $17.00 for labor. Wow!! I guess people in Miami arent to bright. Unfortunately I know 4 quarts and a filter dont cost only $3, so why try to rip me off????? I mentioned that I was a car dealer, he tried convincing me that my block is aluminium and if I dont use synthetic all the oil will stay on the bottom.. wow!! Really?? Blocks are either aluminum or iron. My car isnt turbo hence the aluminum.. NICE TRY!!!

Had a ticking sound come from the wheel on north Miami ave, pulled in to the hole in the wall " garage thinking it is going to cost me an arm , leg and a few other organs . Turned out to be a nail in front tire. Gladly paid $10.70, When Willy pulled out nail to patch it did not penetrate . Ron (manager) was notified, , refunded the charge and checked tire pressure himself . I asked him to re-charge the credit card but he declined and didnt charge me a penny. I am overwhelmed that this kind of service and understanding is even possible . Keep it up guys, You have my vote.

Had to get my car towed from them. The driver broke the bumper on the truck bed, and when I asked if they would fix it they refused to , and in addition refused to replace my broken shocks which was the reason for repair. My car could not be driven back. Total loss a bunch of idiots cant stand behind their mistakes so I have to pay for it. Only reason I payed is because my car wasnt driveable and they also refused to even tow it back. This is all 24 hours after the tow that I hear this. Worst experience ever.

You will not expact this kind of service in the corner of 79th street and north miami ave. They are real proffetionals that are there to serve you and not the other way around. Prices are a little high but if you ask for a discount you will normally get one , clean waiting areas with free video games and netflix in a garage? oil change was done quickly and without trying to raise the price , Manager can to teach human skills in a seminar . A+

Absolutely the best service I ever experienced in South Florida, or the rest of the world. Ron, the man, and the rest of his crew knows how to run a successful business. Been coming here since he owned his place on Biscayne Blvd 15 years ago.Have been treated with respect, forthcoming friendless, and honesty by all the staff, and a special thanks to RON. The first honest garage I found in Miami that sincerely helps you fixing your car, instead of trying to rip you off like most garages. The owner Ron is a super nice guy and delivered great and fast service. After fixing my car he send it to his car wash next door and returned it back to me all fresh and clean from the in- and outside. Amazing job, would definitely recommend him to anybody!! Thanks Ron!

The owner Ron, is a shady character. Dont let the fake smile fool you. They put water where coolant was suppose to be, also I went In for an oil change and they purposely cause an oil leak. Mind you the car is a 2010 fresh from carmax, and i had it less than a year. Why after the oil change they didnt say hey, by the way theres an oil leak. Im disgusted I will never go back to this clown.

Been in Miami for a year have found some awful mechanics trying to take advantage because Im a new car owner and a female. Not BMA!! This place treated me so well. Taught me what I needed and fixed my car beyond belief. I am so happy with with the service and the results at bma!! I wont go anywhere else.

Outstanding service! Best maintenance / oil change in Miami area. Forget about going to those big lube chains. They all are going to upsell you and scam you. Better go for an honest family business. I have had a lot of work done on 3 different cars over the last year and a half at BMA. I have always been happy with the repairs and thrilled with the service. Everyone is very courteous and helpful and Ive always found them to be honest. I recommend this shop to my own friends.
