I called to make an appointment. I asked them to call me when the car would be fixed, they said sure, and they never called me back ! They kept my car for 2 days without doing anything else than a 15 min diagnose on it ! After that, i had to bring it back because they were asking $300 for the parts to be replaced (front suspension parts) while i bought the parts for $119 online ! What a ripoff...they try to make you pay more than double the price for the parts ! Then i brought my car back to them, again asked them to call me when the car would be ready as i need it to work...they never called me back, i had to call them each time...not professional at all. And to make my experience with them even worse, the parts they told me that needed to be replaced...were not the defect parts ! Result, i lost many days of work, $400 and my car is still not fixed ! Dont go there, they dont know anything about cars and they will make you pay 3 times the price. They ask $350 to replace the struts while my mechanic did it for $100. Go anywhere else, it will be cheaper and they will at least fix your car.

This is the best auto shop I have ever been to. Family owned, honest and friendly! Jacques told me everything I needed to know about replacing my brakes, gave me an estimate and even squeezed me in the middle of the day for same day service! I was able to pick up my car all ready to go in a matter of few hours. I even went for a test ride with him, to make sure nothing squeaks anymore and everything feels smooth! After all of this, to my honest surprise I even got a discount. It was not big, but its not the amount that matters, its that special attention to details and amazing customer service! I have some more extensive work that needs to be done on my Z4 and I will definitely be back very soon. As long as Im in Miami and have German cars, Ill only be coming to this auto shop!

Worst place ever they had my car for a week just to get the key,they leid to me told me they order it on friday,then iwats called on monday to c if theygot the key he told me no it should be here on tusday, here it tusday a week later nd still no car .. i called and ask y he leid to me nd he just told me " if i dont like it to come nd pick up my car..how they goin to beat me getting mad..am the one wit out a car they the ones leing..bad customer surviced..i will never again bring th my car.another note they said that the dynostic will be $100 but if i get the job done wit them then it wont cost none now they said they have to add the cost of the dynostic wat the fk..

Honest and skilled! Very professional, told me exactly what was wrong, what needs to be changed and how much it would cost. No BS, and they didnt try to push other services on top. My diagnostic check suggested another part needed repair but Jacques @ MA told me exactly what the function of this part was, and that I could change this if I really want but its probably not going to effect performance either way. First impression has been honest and skilled workers. They returned the car exactly when they told me they would. Very satisfied with these guys and I would definitely recommend them to any bmw/mini owners.

Who ever posted a review for Munich Autohaus, Inc. under a bogus name(Jack Ferrer) that name couldnt be found in our customer database, nor his BMW model !!! We at Munich Autohaus, Inc. consider (Jack Ferrer) review as a bias and a bogus one since no details were offered... As a good gesture we ask Mr. (Ferrer) to contact us to resolve any discrepancy if that really took place. Just picked up my BMW from Munich European Auto. I can say without hesitation that this was a wonderful experience. Though I was referred by a colleague it is always difficult the first time you step away from the dealer as it was out of warranty. From the initial estimate I felt very comfortable. Cleaner than my house, I was also taken aback by the professionalism and the work done. Super happy my car is back in great condition. Very nice experience and even more peace of mind knowing I have a professional place I can rely on!

Great job! They diagnosed the problem quickly and the price was even better than I could have expected, so I told them to throw in an oil change while they were at it! They came in right on estimate and my car was ready right when they said it would be. Thank you guys!

I love this place. The owner is very honest... I took it to another shop and they just did a dissaster, I brought it here and they fixed all the damage. While I have my Mini I refuse to go anywhere else!!! Will recommend 100%!!!

They did a great job and fit me in during a busy day. They only service BMW and Mini Coopers so you know that they known their stuff for these brands. If I lived in Florida i would definitely be a return customer.
