I can only start this by saying I wish there was a way to post NEGATIVE stars. This has to be the worst company I have ever encountered in my entire life. I called in to have 2 bedroom sets out of my previous 3 bedroom apartment moved in Midtown Miami along with a stop at a storage unit in Midtown to pick up a living room set that had been stored there before heading to my new apartment Downtown. I dealt with Mario on the sales team who assured me that everything would go according to plan because I was worried that there wouldnt be enough time between 12:30 and 5:00 to get out of my current apartment over to storage and then on to my new place. The movers did not arrive until 1:20 on the day of my move and when they arrived they told me that they only brought a 600ft truck because dispatch told them it was only a one bedroom move. They were able to fit both bedroom sets on the truck but there wasnt enough room or enough time to get my living room set. I called Mario to figure out what happened and find a solution when he informed me that I had only called for a one bedroom move. This was obviously a complete lie because I was very aware that both my roommate and myself have bedroom sets therefore I very clearly stated that 2 bedroom sets were going to need to be moved along with the living room set in the storage unit. Mario repeatedly told me I was incorrect and that he played back the recordings of our conversation which is how he knew I only said one bedroom. He passed me through to Ivan the MANAGER who also said he only heard one bedroom on the recordings. When I asked what they were going to do about my living room furniture they initially said they would be charging me for another full priced move and finally ONLY settled on me paying for a move at half price, EVEN AFTER THEY SENT ME THE RECORDINGS WHERE I CLEARLY STATE 2 BEDROOM SETS AND A LIVING ROOM SET IN STORAGE. I asked Mario again if he had listened to the same recordings he had sent me, because I clearly heard 2 bedroom sets, and his reply was simply that 2 bedroom sets didnt mean 2 bedrooms to him. Well Mario, WHAT THE HELL ELSE WOULD IT MEAN? Why would anyone have 2 bedroom sets with only ONE BEDROOM? Both Ivan and Mario are incompetent and complete liars. The fact that they were able to send me recordings and still say I hadnt told them about the majority of the things I needed to have moved was incredible. They are complete scam artists and the only positive thing I can say is that the movers themselves (who just do what theyre told) were very nice and efficient. DO NOT use this company unless you enjoy paying for multiple moves and being lied to over and over and over again.

BEWARE!! STOLE MY ITEMS DURING MOVE This company a few weeks ago while it was the cheapest quote i found - says they have all "in house" employees and that means their crew is the same all the time. 4 guys came and half way through my move it started to rain. So we had to move what we could and they returned the next day with only 3 guys. However the night after the move I went to my old house and found several bottles of liquor brand new in the box - Johhnie walker blue ($200) McCallen 18 yr ( $99) Crown Royal Reserve($60) and also a brand new sealed set of Dr Dre Beats headphones I bought for Christmas for my daughter. This wasnt a single person in the crew as the company stated after admitting the items were stolen. The others in the crew had to be in on it too. When I brought it up to them - nobody was surprised or even questioned me because they knew what happened. In a move its easy to overlook items that are valuable to you and sometimes maybe weeks later after unpacked would even start to look for them. This company has theives working for them and I am lucky enough to have caught it. Dont be a victim and sometimes when a price is too good to be true - there is a reason. Hopefully this will help someone else avoid this company and have their items stolen as well.

I got a super holiday deal from one of furniture stores in Miami Design District. I purchased everything a week ago but furniture people could not deliver anything before Xmas! I had to scramble and get help immediately! I tried to find any good movers in Miami. My new stuff is quite expensive. My old stuff is quite good too. So i had to move old furniture out to a storage somewhere nearby, get new stuff delivered and put together. I was happy to find out that Move For Less has their own storage warehouse right off I95! They gave me a free month and their cost was lower than Public Storage. My furniture is now at home and I am ready to invite my family and friends for the holidays. Thank you for making it happen and giving me an ability to greet my guests in a newly furnished apartment!

I would say it was good because they were fast and seemed to be careful. Except that when I plugged in my TV, this is what it looked like. Unfortunately, the damage wasnt noticeable without turning the TV on, so we didnt notice immediately. When you hire movers you expect a nick here and there on a few things, but I never expected for my TV to be damaged so severely. Its another expense to take on after an already expensive move. They require a 4 hour minimum, my move only took 3 hours, and I STILL tipped the guys who moved me quite well. So to move my little bit of furniture was around $500, plus their $100 tip, and now my TV which was only purchased a little over a year ago. First time using movers, and certainly my last.

I had an emergency situation pop up and I spoke with Alex who booked everything for me and informed me of the pricing structure, etc. On moving day Mike and his Russian posse showed up to do the job. I actually saved him into my phone as "Mike Moving Russian Hero" because he and the gents did a FANTASTIC job and got me out of a bad situation. Very polite, kind, and fast workers. The only advice Id give is hire them in the morning because if they come in the afternoon and your storage unit closes then theyll have to store your items overnight and the fee to come back in the morning is a minimum of three hours even if it only takes one hour to unload. THEY ARE AWESOME and ask for Mike to do the move. Cheers, Lehi

I used this company to move recently. It was a tough decision because the reviews for most moving companies are all over the board. What I can say is my experience as I believe that the most. The company was very helpful and worked with me to accommodate for my needs. They were a bit late about 30 minutes due to traffic but its okay because they only charged me for the actual time of the move itself. They were fast and professional and they truly care about the customer service to the point that they have followed up the next day and a week after to make sure everything went well. I recommend them and I will use them again.
