Horrible!!!! I have scheduled the pickup of my container 3 TIMES!!!!!!!. Dammit 3 Times!!!!. For Christ sakes why dont you guys pick it up already!!! Everytime I get no confirmation they just say it will be picked up and thats it!! I spoke first to Mark and he scheduled it for 6/7/13. Then I spoke to Juanita and she supposedly scheduled the pickup for 6/11/13. I even told her to give me some kind of confirmation because I was afraid they would not come pick it up, she said there was no confirmation, I just had to wait for them to come and they would come. Today I spoke to Ashley and she says there is no record of me ever calling to schedule pickup!!!!!! AAAAHHHHH!!. So Im just calling these people and know all there names because I want to be there friends right??????? And the earliest they could come is on the 6/19/13!!! And guess what?? No confirmation!!!. Im sure you are just waiting for another month to go by to charge my card. Plus I cant even park my cars because I have this piece of garbage in my driveway!!! I bet on the 19th Ill be calling again for the 4th time. Incompetent garbage company!!! Never again!!!

Inconvenient!! We were supposed to receive our full container this morning between 8 and 12. We called at 1 asking the status. We were told that the container will arrive sometime today. We called back at 4 asking where it was and suddenly they said the container wont arrive until Wednesday? This was a move from NY to FL. The container has been packed and in PackRats possession for 14 days (typical delivery is 10 days according to their website). Why it takes 14 days to drive from NY to FL I couldnt begin to answer. The WORST part is that no one ever called to let us know what was happening!! We had movers scheduled for tomorrow! Luckily the movers were fantastic and able to reschedule last minute (Two Men and a Truck). Hopefully PackRat covers any fees incurred from the movers for the last minute change!

Container would not fit onto our driveway because of extreme slope but driver followed my wife to a storage lot that we keep our RV at and he dropped it there without any additional charge. Talk about a savior! Competitive pricing and very clean storage unit. Would highly recommend. Best advice when packing your container is to tie up all your items to the side and pack up as high as you can go to give stability. Made the move from Fenton, Mo to Orlando, Fl with no damages. Thank you PackRat for making our move seamless.

They told my they would pick my pod up on 4/4/17 but never called, I had to call them and the driver called my and told me he was on his way but he never showed up and never called, so I called back and they tried to up sell me 50$ to have it picked up with a time slot, she never tried to resolve the problem just tried to sell, now they cant pick up till 4/6/17 and I have to park my car on the street because of this ugly pod in my spot, I will not be using this company anymore.

The worst customer service ever...Cant drop off my container for 10 days!!!! Spoke to supervisor and all they could say is there is a $50 up charge for early drop off $50 more for later pickup. 2 Warehouses within 25 miles from each other, I live 10 miles in the middle and they Cant deliver for more than a week....But for $100 more they can squeeze me in......

Service was good. However, they do not prorate their monthly cost of when you have the container. So even though we only had the container for 2 days out of the month we still ended up having to pay the entire $180. Also you will be charged a fee every time they drop off/pick up the container.

This company will take your money and give you no service. Move your container without even noticing you, you can never get your container that you pay for when you ask for it. If I start listing all the bad experiences and what they are not doing right it will take years

Absolutely the worst customer service. There is zero control over the times for pick up and drop off. I couldnt get my property dropped off for weeks and then I could not get a time frame. I will never use this company again.
