My move was a horrible experience. They did not disclose an off load fee when they went over the fees before the start of the move, while standing in my home! When I asked to speak to the owner they told me the owner was unavailable and the person I spoke with said she was the "highest up" in the office. Beware... they are expensive; dont disclose all of the fees and were extremely frustrating to deal with. The movers were slow. One of the guys was carrying light- weight dining chairs one at a time and hung out in the truck a few minutes between trips. I felt the lead guy handling the move was inept. The partner he had did not speak English and couldnt understand me although he worked much harder than his team leader. I would not recommend this company, ever.

Professional service, attitude, and follow up as well. Crew was the best I ever had. Upfront about pricing, even gave me a few ways of saving money. They brought my items into storage for 3 months and brought everything to my new place - not a scratch! I highly recommend.
