HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Look at Yelp for more reviews, there are way more bad reviews that exist. I failed to do my homework and got stuck with the worst moving company ever. This review is long as it was the absolute WORST experience EVER from start to finish! Anytime you have to get the police involved its obviously a bad deal. Do NOT waste your time, energy, or money. Salesperson Alex was a fast-talking "wheeler dealer" that would say whatever it took to close the sale. Reminded me of a sleazy used car salesman you find in Hialeah, Fl. I wanted to go with UHaul as the cost for movers was more than I could afford. Long story short, guy called three times to get me to sign before finally "knocking off" about 700 in "discounts" just for driver to add it back on when he came to get the stuff. He also "guaranteed" that my stuff would be at my home at the date I needed. Basically promising me empty promises just to get my business. Lies. BEWARE and do NOT believe what the salespeople promise! Beware of driver guy from Israel, he is very sneaky. Claims he is "honest" yet does shady things. He came in to my home, said that the original quote was absolutely false. Then proceeded to charge me almost $1000 over estimate and re-quoted $3200. I told him about the managers discount that I had received. He then raised the price at the end to $3800 just to apply a "discount" to get back to the original quote of 3200. Really?!?!?!Seriously cheap, shady, and unethical. We called company daily, could never get a straight answer. If you are a "problem" they will not answer your calls and avoid you completely. They have caller ID. The salesperson promised me my stuff would arrive in 5-7 days. It took 14 days. My entire family including 2 small children and an elderly person were stuck sleeping on the floor the entire time. I ended up getting a panic attack from the stress. We could never get anyone to tell us where our stuff was or an ETA. Kept getting run around and promises "the driver is loading your stuff now and will call you in 24 hours". This was the same thing they told me for days. Complete baloney. Dont believe that "honest company" BS. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your business. Once they have your business, you are nothing to them. Youll get your stuff when you get it. Long story short, Ended up calling POLICE who in turn called the company on our behalf. The company called us back quick then to tell us what we needed to hear. Turns out our stuff had been sitting in a semi at their warehouse waiting for other orders to fill up the truck. We should have been told this on day 1. Of course salesperson was not going to tell me anything that would make me say no to their business. If you already went with this company, beware. Get the police involved if they dont return calls. Forget the five star reviews. They are FAKE. You are better off going with a more reputable moving company. For the amount of money they REALLY charge (forget salesperson quote, the driver will always charge more) you can get way better service with a better company.

Please please please I repeat. DO NOT USE THESE SERVICE. These guys are fraud. They quoted me for a medium size bed, sofa, tv, and 3 boxes and a small table with 4 chairs. They packed everything. They put on the truck without telling me that the price will increase. I signed everything. At the end of the packing and they have everything on the truck. The guy took the paper on the table that i already signed and said there is an increase and quickly wrote the rest of the estimation. Mind you, i was quoted for these for 1062 dollars. The guy increased it to 1990 dollars. When i told him that wait a minute this is wrong. Why wouldnt you tell me that if you i go over the limit which i think is a lie. It will increase the rate. He went downstair and told me please call management. I went upstairs to call management and they quickly left. Now they are calling me and want me to pay 1990 dollars for my stuff or they are not delivering it or they will throw my stuff in the garbage. They want to charge me 200 dollars an hr to pay for their movers to remove a small office table that i purchase for 60 dollars. so they can make the space. They gave me 3 option. 1 option they can keep my deposit of 650 dollars and throw my stuff in the garbage. 2) I can pay them 200 dollar an hr for them to make space and throw most of my stuff in the garbage which i think they are completely lying, and i dont have much of that space taken for real. 3) they will keep my stuff in a storage and for me to make payment until all my payment is completed and they can deliver my stuff ( they will also charge me for storage space). Beware beware. Very unprofessional. They said i am lying the guy told me that the space will increase. I have never seen a company that call their customers a liar. What Got me is that by the time i walked outside they left with my stuff. How can you leave and run with my stuff so you can discuss with me to charge me later. This is wrong very wrong. I will call you guys to court. I will contact the police. Even thought they charge me that much. I even am willing to pay 1400 to get my stuff. Not to pay 1400 for you to throw my stuff away. They are wrong and very wrong. I am upset and frustrating. They were very nice at first but i have never ever seen anything like this in my life. I will contact "Yelp" How come they are letting a company like this on their website that is leading people to take their stuff and run with it and to call you later to charge you extra or they will throw your stuff in the garbage. I will write a review everywhere. I will call BBB. I will warn everybody about you guys so they can stay away. I am 100000% positive that the positive reviews they have there , they put them. I just cant understand this. Thief. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

The majority of 5 star reviews are fake, so ignore them. A post on another site shows Real Movers at one point, paid people $5 per good review. Sure, the right sized apartment that was lucky to get the good crop of movers might have done okay, but if you dig through to the poor reviews, its obvious thats far and few beteeen. As for my move...lack of communication, unexpected changes in services that completely ruined what had been a smooth relo transition was the first clue. Long story short, time for a changed and updated review. This company should be completely ashamed of themselves. First of all, DOT shows this company is registered with several large semi-trucks. So imagine my surprise after numerous conversations when they show up to move us out of over 4k square (including unfinished basement storage), in one little Penske truck. The crew themselves couldnt believe theyd been sent on the job. Fortunately they were nice guys, and worked hard to get larger things wrapped and disassembled before what was going to be a second trip. There were 5 guys. Second trip out...3 trucks and 7 crew....took 13 hours to finish packing the home, and I use pack loosely. Entire bookcases and toychest contents just dumped in boxes, with no wrapping paper (see images: commerative plates, under photos, under decoritave plates. Shoes/imitation plants/tripods/light bulbs/collector movie props...all dumped in boxes together with no protection). A hundred lbs of books thrown in with whatever else would fit in the box, etc. So it took 12 people 25 hours to pack and load our home. Weve moved at least 5 times with the "big boy " moving companies....2 people wrap and pack all but furniture in one 8 hour day. The next wave tags, breaks down big furniture, and loads on the second 8 hour day...beautiful, and done. They did nothing to protect wood floors or carpet upon pickup or delivery, and our delivery was spread over the course of a month with a truck here and there. After I had facebook remove all of the fake accounts setup with high ratings, they went from a 4+ rating to a 2....then someone posted pictures of the mess the movers left on her lawn - and suddenly their Facebook account disappears (which was rum by Steve their VP). If you only take one review to heart, let it be this one - as youll get what you pay for, and the headache isnt worth the money.
