Horrible,horrible and horrible experience with this company to moving my house 3 week ago. The guys works slow make it very late that day. They asked me buy lunch for them I did because just want to be nice so I can get good take care for moving. But I didnt. Also they asked me for tips. I surprised they asked me tips in the middle of moving. And have been told if I dont pay tips they wont sample my bed back. That was they dissample at old home. I got upset that way been treat told then cant push customer pay the tips in the middle of work. Then they start rude to me. Tried not finish my moving. But I called manger then they finished put my staff in the storage very rude throw my staff everywhere without any care. Some my staff was got broken and they said that was broken before. I tried to tell them and one guy was use his hand to push my chest. So bad. One guy was joking with me before want to drive my car and ask me do you have a boyfriend and why you dont have a boyfriend etc ... so unprofessional. Not finish. After set up my new home I feels so many things I could not find it. The weird things is all the things I missing was some boxes I have those new. My retail staff I was sale before. Those are so many boxes and I cant find no one. I tried looking and looking in my storage but I couldnt find them either. I called the manager. He didnt say anything try to help me. First words come out his mouth is how can you approve it you lost something. I said I cant have any approved because I never thought this will be happen. I was find this company from Groupon. So many people bought the deal. I thought thats means I can trust. Now I can not do anything about that I know. It is already been over 3 weeks since moving day. I know I dont have anything approved what I lost and how is happed. Because I didnt check the truck before they leaving and not drive with them to my new place. I just want to tell people be careful who you hiring. And keep eye on them when you moving. What I lost I know no way can find it. I hope no one will happen like this same as me. Not recommended this company at all. They were nice to you at beginning but than later you will be so surprised this will going to happen. Next time when I move. I will be careful.

WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! I recently moved from the busyness of Brickell. Called Chico Moving company and scheduled a 9am move knowing I would have to book two elevator times in my old and new building. Chico had to push my scheduled move to 12pm. Didnt arrive until 2:15! Towards the end of the move they werent even equipt with the proper tools to dismantle a bed. I had to walk to CVS and buy them tools. Which were never reimbursed since they kept the tools. Then missed my second elevator time frame because of rush hour traffic in Brickell. I had to pay for a hotel for our family and pay for boarding for our dog while our furniture sat in a truck in their parking lot. Worst of all when I saw my damaged white sofa thats when the real nightmare began. Needless to say were now 17 days after the move and I still have no resolve for my damaged furniture. And through the while process Ive been insulted numerous times by their "manager" George. Moving is already a stressful event. Having Chico Movers took stress to another level!

I should have known from the beginning when I booked that this company wasnt going to be a good match. I tried calling and emailing to book my move. After over 6 times I finally reached someone and scheduled my move. It then took over 4 separate phone calls to get a confirmation of my move. Once the day came my movers arrived and they didnt looked too pleased that my Uhaul was filled with my furniture. There were eye rolls and head shakes as they brought in each of my items. One of the guys went through about 6 of my water bottles, which I dont mind providing but it was like he demanded it and left the empty bottles in my Uhaul for me to throw away. Lastly my $1300 dresser was dropped off the dolly. The movers admitted fault and called their moving company to let them know. I was told that I would be fully reimbursed if I could submit my purchasing information. Once I did I was told I would only be given $106 to replace the dresser. I wouldnt recommend this moving company at all!! So disappointed!!

I have not used these people but I will sure not use them ever, They are currently in my complex moving a family and the movers became very disrespectful with my 15 year old daugher who came out to walk the dog. They tried to talk to her in a flirty way and because she ignored them and walked away they started cursing at her. I will not stand for this. This is my daughter who is only 15 and regardles of her age, you should not disrespect anyone because you flirts are ignored. Put your hormones under control. the truck license plate humber is DKKL90. I talke to the tenant that hire them and let them know. the lady that hired them also stated that she heard something but was not sure what it was, this is how loud these idiots were. who knows they could be pedeofiles. I did not get their names but they were two guys, one skinny ugly one and the other one a bit bigger in weight than the other one.

Choosing a moving company was not easy because there are so many choices and its so expensive. I opted to go with Chico Moving because they gave me a great price considering I needed the service to move only a large bedroom set and dining table set that I had purchased from friends and was not moving a whole house. I was hesitant because I had read several mixed reviews regarding their service but was also on a tight budget. In the end, I am glad I chose this company. I had great communication with Christian and Ana throughout the move, via telephone and email. Everything was clearly stated in the paperwork and everyone was very professional. Frank and Jamal were our movers and they were EXCELLENT!! The furniture was bulky and heavy but these two men worked very professionally and handled the furniture with care. I would definitely use Chico Moving company again!

I should have known better when I started receiving text messages that they werent very professional. I of course confirmed the date and time over text and they said, oh well it wasnt in the email and so it didnt count. But they texted me and I responded. If text isnt an appropriate form of communication they shouldnt have texted me first. They showed up late, which meant I had to wait for the elevator to become available. so I missed the deadline to get into the storage facility. They left 1/3 of my furniture in the elevator and made me pay double to come back and have it moved. They are the WORST company with no professionalism and will never use them again. DO NOT USE THEM!!
