These guys are a bunch incompetent douchebags. The high ratings are probably from the employees and the associates trying to boost their rating. But you should be warned with the low rating reviews. I didnt think much of the bad reviews, but it came back haunt me. Details? Well, I book with them a week ahead and arranged with both condos I was suppose to move to/from. Everything was ok, set and no problem. Then came the moving date, and they had the audacity to call me right at the window of the moving time and told me that they cannot make it and it would be great if we can reschedule another day. WTF are these jokers!? Another day!? These douchebags had the audacity and retardness to even ask this. I proceed to explain to the guy that everything was arranged, and it would take days to reschedule, which i dont have the luxury. So he proceed to schedule me some other clowns for 2 hours later than the schedule time. The 2 hours passed, the clown drivers called me and say theyll be an hour late, which they eventually arrived 2:30 hour late. Of course I wasnt able to move due to the condo restrictions and thanks to these incompetent, unprofessional losers, my plan had totally been messed up by them. They have no regard to your time and take notice to the few long reviews the past victims wrote. Youll be glad youve been warned. Also, this company is in association with this company call "Move For Less." How do I know? I asked them to provide the insurance, which they prompted to submit an insurance with this name. BIG WARNING SIGN! Why would this company use a different name on their website. Very shaddy reputation I believe. Now let karma work itself. I believe theyll get what they deserved in the end.

I am a Civil engineer in Miami, Florida and day to day visits to the construction site keep me very busy. Recently, I had to move out of my apartment on a short notice and I didnt have much time to locate a new apartment. So I was looking for moving & storage company where my belongings could be stored carefully. I found Pro Movers Miami. I told them the entire situation that I need to store my belongings and valuables & move them to new apartment when I found that. They were really professional and didnt quote a heavy price to take advantage of my emergency situation. They came within an hour of my call. Guys were really polite and professional. They quickly packed all the materials and valuables in the boxes. Everything was carefully & quickly unloaded in the storage unit as I needed to come back to vacate and clean the apartment. I am pleased with the services of the Pro Movers Miami and highly recommend them for residential and commercial move.

When I was given the job of finding a commercial furniture moving company to relocate our business to Orlando, I shopped around for the best price and a Miami local moving company that had commercial moving experience. I also needed them to work on Saturday so we would not have any down time from work. I hired Pro Miami Movers because they had the best rate and did not charge extra for weekends. The move went extremely well with no issues. All the files were taken without us having to empty them and office machines were placed exactly where they should be as were all the desks. We were very satisfied with this commercial moving company.

I and my husband moved to our new house about a week ago and hired ProMovers for the move. Id like to start with a big thanks to all their crew members who made our move so easy. They were very professional, polite, and extremely good at their job. They safely wrapped up all the fragile items and other stuff in the cartons, loaded them in their trucks, and arranged them in the new house. We had called several movers but, the rep at Pro Miami Movers had the best attitude and the best rate so the choice was easy. Quoted me a price in writing which we had faxed to our main office. Once we agreed to pay the price listed on the invoice and faxed over or credit card information they called us back and told us that there would be an additional charge which were not told about. I told them that they had all the information when they gave the quote and new what the job involved. They would not stand behind there own quote.

I was surprised to know their charges and hired them immediately. It was worth it. They were good to deal with, very professional I must say.
