This experience was so crazy that I thought I was being PUNKD! I was scheduled to move Saturday between 8 to 9 AM. I got a call the day before from Kimberly saying they would be late and it will be closer to 11. When 11 AM came & went, so I decided to call the company to find out when the movers were coming. I inquired with the man who answered the phone what time the movers would show up he said very abruptly and rudely "they are running late, theyll show up when they show up." When I asked for his name he got even more belligerent and yelled into the phone" I am NOT going to give you my name or the name of the manager or the owner! This is not a restaurant, dont try getting a free appetizer!" I couldnt figure out what he was talking about since I did not ask for ANYTHING FOR FREE! I only wanted to inquire what time the movers will be showing up. I asked him again if he could give me an idea what time the movers might show up, the man on the phone said,"if you keep pressing me for the same information Im going to CANCEL your move today" and then HUNG UP ON ME! Later I found out his name is JIM WHITE LIONS. I couldnt believe what was happening. OVER 8 hours after my initial appointment time the movers finally showed up at 4:30pm!!!! After 2 hours and 10 minutes later, the move was done. One of the mover called the office so I could pay them. Can you believe JIM WHITE LIONS answered the phone and had the nerve to charge me extra?! He said they round up the 10 minutes to the next 30 minutes! After they were over 8 hours late, he wanted to charge me extra by rounding up my time I didnt even use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I protested, JIM WHITE LIONS told me in front of his workers to "kiss his ass!" and proceeded to hang up the phone. The 2 movers were actually very polite and hard working. In fact, I tipped them $40 extra because I felt sorry they had to work for such a horrible boss. Basically if you want to waste your Saturday sitting around with a bunch of packed boxes, dealing with a rude owner/manger then this company is the one. Consider yourself warned...horrible horrible horrible moving company! Can Yelp come up with a negative star? One star is too much for this franchise!

I recently used this company when moving from Lighthouse Point to the Palm Beach area. John and Paulina were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when providing me with a quote for the move. When I met the movers, I immediately knew i was in good hands. They were very careful when handling delicate objects and assured me that they would completely take care of everything, boy were they right!! These men took complete control from beginning to end and made the move a breeze, i was able to sit back and relax knowing my possessions were in great hands. They made my move enjoyable and as easy as possible with their willingness to help and attention to detail when packaging my belongings. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone I know moving!!

Terrible customer service!!! I was quoted a rate for 2 movers and the time of moving 3 movers show up at an increased price with no call or discussion of this change. I called customer service 3 times to discuss it. All 3 times I am not a "manager" will call you. No call, nothing. Not to mention 1 of the 3 guys barely did anything and just stood there most of the time talking to himself. Not to mention, they call themselves "student movers" and I am sorry but these guys were no students. I gave the company 2 weeks to return my call before positing this. Not a happy customer. Would not recommend.
