I had to move in less than 10 day from my house on the beach (Pine Tree dr) because my house sold. OVERWHELMED! The BEST decision I made- hiring Bekins. They sent a crew, packed EVERYTHING in three days and stored it for me for 4 months until my new home was done. When I moved into my new home on the Grove, two full trucks arrived completely full of my belongings.. Did not know were to even start. The bekins crew sensed my stress and calmed me down and took care of everything! Unloaded the trucks, placed everything in the room it belonged to and helped me unpack the boxes and crates. While all the time telling me " We are here everything is going to be fine"- THAT SHOULD BE THEIR TAGLINE! People, do not believe the bad reviews! I had 2 china set , 3 antique cristal chandeliers- one of them with over 50 separate pieces that had to be individually wrapped , numerous pieces of artwork and EVERYTHING was handed back to me in PERFECT CONDITION. These guys have packing down to a science! Thank you Bekins!!!!!

We used Bekins of South Florida to move upstate from Davie to Ft. Lauderdale. When their representative came to give us an estimate, she guaranteed that the final price would not exceed her estimate, and if anything, she tended to estimate high. Their price was midway between the other two estimates that we got. This was so different than my experience with some other companies who tack on charges and hold your possessions hostage. In fact, Bekins did give us a considerable refund. But most importantly was the move itself. I would highly recommend having them pack your dishes and other fragile items. They did that with the most gentle care; much better than we could have possibly done. The entire move, start to finish, went perfectly well. The crews were great, very careful, very accommodating, and all items were picked up and delivered on schedule without a hitch. Way to go Bekins!!

I couldnt be more delighted or impressed with my move. I have to tell you that my movers were ALL amazingly kind, efficient, helpful, polite... the list goes on and on! I cant say enough about how they treated me.They absolutely made my day a whole lot less stressful and I could not have asked for more. I even stated that Im not used to being treated like a princess, but I certainly was THAT day! Joe, Ted, Nancy, the guys... have ALL been incredible! Dare I say they have given me a virtually stress-free move? Anytime I can recommend Bekins to ANYBODY needing your services - residential or commercial - please be sure to send them my way! Worst moving company. people went to inspect my house 3 times .and to get to my house you have to go around a round about. And not one person in the company said you should use 2 smaller trucks. Now the movers came today and the big truck cant get to my house and they want to charge me an extra 900 dollars for the extra truck. When it was their mistake. Now supposable they say they will come tomorrow to do my house butt I have to be out of my house tomorrow at 1 and they say they will come at 8 tomorrow when today they were late 2 hours.

I am asking everyone in South Florida to not use this moving company. When they moved me the movers ruined some of my furniture. I processed my claim within days. I could not find some receipts for the furniture as it is antiques. They sent me back the forms after 60 days saying the claim was not complete. When I tracked down the receipts and sent them they said I missed the 60 day deadline and denied the claim. I will keep everyone informed if social media will make this company do the right thing.

Just used Bekins for our move in Palm Beach, Florida. I called to get a quote and the guy came out the very next day. He was professional and efficient. Gave me a great price and threw in some free boxes. The Movers came a few weeks later and were fantastic. It was over 100 degrees outside and they never complained and packed my stuff perfectly. They also helped me unpack - even though I didnt pay for that service. I would absolutely use them again

It was good. The person that came out to make the estimate gave us lots of good advice and tips and the guys with the truck were very nice, worked very hard, and we had no claims. We had a scratch or two, but come on, they moved all of our stuff, 275 miles in two days, on time, on schedule. Its a tuff job. We were very pleased and relieved. Weve heard horror stories. Not here. Please beware! Very disappointed with these movers. I paid for CRATING for my 75" LED TV so that it would be crated (pictures to prove). My TV arrived broken and now they decline to pay for it even after their negligence even though I paid for additional coverage and have pictures to prove. I have sent the complaints and info to BBB - hope this doesnt happen to others.

They came on time, were very professional and courteous. I went to the warehouse and was provided with plenty of boxes to pack myself. The movers packed the bigger things such as TV, furniture. I recommend the company. The only thing that did not arrive in good condition was a bicycle with a flat tire.

If you are moving or need storage, this is the company to use. I always hear bad experiences with moves and how they damage the furniture or the staff is rude. Well not Bekins.......They made this experience a pleasure and definitely I will refer this company....Thank you once again............

Do not hire this company to move you. If they offer to move your items for free (they dont do this), just walk away. Multiple items broken, dented, smashed and lost and they simply do not care. Good luck filing a claim. Please, for your own benefit, just pick someone else.

I recently used Bekins for my move to New York. My sales rep. Mike was great! Our crew at origin and destination were extremely professional. They handled our belongings very carefully and nothing got damaged. I will recommend Bekins to all my friends and associates.
