Nice guys, but they do not know how to pack or move items. They literally moved my TVs with nothing on them after I was told they would be put in mirror boxes. They used my bubble wrap because they didnt have their own. They damaged some of my furniture and I even unpacked broken glasses that were at the bottom of the box! I filled out all the paper work and every time I call or email about compensation they dodge me. Definitely use another service unless you have really good renters insurance and want to file a claim.

I would not EVER recommend this company to anyone. I was made to believe they were going to help me. When my moving day came, they came, looked around and said I had too much stuff. Then they left. Leaving me basically stranded because I was supposed to be out that day. Keep in mind I had only 150 boxes. Never again.

Highly unprofessional during quote process. Non-personal service and was not able to move an item that was ~250 pounds. I guess as the name implies, moving only applies if it is light and easy for these folks.
