Terrible experience. Despite having given both our address no one told us that they couldnt leave the pods for more than three hours. The driver refused to drop the pods in my driver claiming that there was a tree in te neighbour s house that interfieres. Home Depot with a mega loader and Brandsmart didnt have any trouble to back up in the driveway. Now pods have my staff and I cannot retrieve it. Every time I schedule a delivery they schedule me late so they say they cannot do it. They offered the chance to pick it up at location with is useless becaus then we need to put everything in the a truck that I we need to rent and then on load it. We didnt want to have that hassle that is why we hire pods. Another month had passed and they charged us again. Please make sure you are properly explained before you hire them or you can have same problems. It sounds like a great idea but it turned a nightmare for us.

My experience with PODS - with every interaction - has been terrible. Every other company MUST be better, so I would advise not selecting them. Where to start... 15+ minute hold times when calling to speak to someone who cant make a decision, a website that doesnt work well at all on mobile devices - such as iPad, a rude delivery driver, getting the delivery order wrong, and today they charged me an extra $100 to re-delivery my POD because "it is one of the busiest days of the year". The only happy part of dealing with this company is that I will be done in a few days. Every single interaction with PODS was awful. Better make money on the first timers, because no one in their right mind would use this company twice.

worse service ever...if you are willing to ship items from Canada to US. They will rob you in day light. Especially their logistics coordinate, Juanita Rico. Please beware of this company as they like to loot customers . Worse service over all. Contact U-HAUL, instead as they are cheaper and better service.
