i got bad service at this good year.. No response from the owner... I have 5 vehicles wont be back... I took my jeep into Goodyear because of a surging issue. I was informed that I needed a new computer and it would be $380.00 for one from a junk yard. The part I paid for did not work and I was informed that it would be an additional $560.00 for a refurbished computer. I was able to find a computer for a better price and replaced the computer myself, however the problem remained. I then took my vehicle back to the shop to inquire why the same problem remained. I was again informed that the problem was the computer, so I ordered another computer and worked with the computer company to try and find the issue and I was sent an additional computer. The problem continued so I contacted goodyear to speak to the owner and received no response. I called and left several messages and received no response from the owner even through the store manager informed me that he hand delivered the my messages to the owner. Since I received no response from the store owner I was left wih no choice but to bring my vehicle to the Jeep dealership where my vehicle was repaired the same day. I was informed that the issue was with the TPS (throttle positioning sensor), which was only a $70.00 part not the $960.00 computer that Goodyear diagnosed as the issue. I then drove the Jeep for a week to insure that the issue was repaired. As I still had not received a response from the Goodyear owner I posted reviews about the poor service I received on several media sites. After I posted negative review the store owner finally contacted me. He inquired about the details of my complaint what was going on and asked if he could call me back after he spoke to the shop manager. He then called back approximately an hour later and stated that "My employee has been in the business for a long time" and that the diagnosis was correct and he stands by there work. He refused to refund me the $100 I was charged for the misdiagnoses and the $75 I was charged for the part that they ordered that did not work (as it was not the problem).

Thomas Bowie.......sounds like you had the same issue with them. I paid about $80 for a diagnosis of the vehicle and they diagnosed it as the Computer Issue which caused the Coils to go bad which needed replacing as well. $2,400 later, they said the car was ready and good to go. You would think after paying that much money in a shop......it would ride like new or they would have at least made sure it was running properly with no issues. The next day, it brakes down again for the Same reason I brought it in in the first place.......and what do you know.....all of a sudden its the catalytic converter, which in turn cause the coils to fry and the computer to go bad.....let it be known that the catalytic converter was Never mentioned in the first diagnosis.........That drew a Red Flag and I took my car to my trusted mechanic that has been in the business for over 35 years, and he basically told me I was ripped off.......even showed me the same parts and same location where he gets the parts that were on my bill were cheaper than what I was charged at Goodyear. He even questioned the re-programming of a refurbished computer as all the computers he receives are programmed.......and would never charge $150 reprogramming fee none the less..............in the end, you need to stick with mechanics you can trust and not rip-off artists. Lesson Learned. Dont you make the same mistake. My opinion of course.

I went into leone tire in august of 11 to have my tires rotated. When my car was pulled in they informed me that my tires were getting low on tread, which they were. I told them that i was goibg on a road trio and they recommended that i purchase a new set of tires. I had already known that it was getting to be that time that i needed to replace them. I had a bf goodrich g force tire in mind. As soon as i said that they immidiately ordered a version of the g force tire. Unaware that there were different models of the g force i told them to order the tires and put those on. The biggest reason that im rating this one star is because not only do i feel that they pushed me into a sale not giving me advantages of the tire that they were putting on, they didnt inform me that this was a summer only tire. I told them that i was moving back up north and theycobviously didnt see a problem putting a summer tire on a car that was going to be exposed to snow. They also said that the g force sport was going to be a better handling tire than my previous tires(goodyear eagle gts), which i found is most certainly not the case. I wouldnt recommend going to this shop to purcahse tires.

At their Holiday, FL Location: I went in to get a front end alignment, and the younger guy was being very arrogant. He stated the front end needed to be replaced at an expense of $1500.00. Keep in mind this was after almost half of the front end parts had been upgraded. He continued to be pushy and matter-of-factly about the whole thing, saying this vehicle was in no condition to move and the repairs should be done immediately. They charged an hour of labor on a partial adjustment for an alignment, and then demanded I sign off on the truck being unfit to operate on the road. I drove back to my mechanic and they ended up replacing a tie rod end for $30.00. I respect a professional opinion, but these guys were trying to take us for a ride. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.... that is unless you dont mind emptying your wallet and still not having the problem fixed.

A friend told me to go here and I am so glad I did. The owner really helped me out. I blew a tire the night before and basically I needed all new tires. I hate going to these places. They usually try to sell sell sell but he worked with me on price. He made the tires even cheaper than Walmart ( good tires not junk) I didnt feel oversold. He told me which ones could wait if I didnt want to get them all. But he gave me such a good deal I got them all. They are busy but efficient. I was in and out. Definitely will be going here now for my oil changes and free tire rotations....They are full service and so quick I can go on my lunch break. So happy I found this place!

They are good guys for oil changes; tires, etc. But, it is clear that they are ALWAYS trying to up sell the order. So, there is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS something else that needs to be done, air filter, cabin filter, radiator flush, etc. etc. etc. Additionally, I was leaking radiator fluid and they said it would be about $650 becuase they have to take so much apart to fix it, I didnt want an uncertified mechanic messing with my engine, so I took it to Dimmitt Chevy and they are fixing it for about $300. Having the right tools and being certified is sometimes better, see dealers are not always that bad.
