Stay away from these guys. To use a well known baseball analogy, they struck out three times with me. My car was running perfectly, but had 80,000 miles on it, and I thought it was about time to get new brakes. Mid Ohio looked at my car and said I needed new brakes and rotors on all four wheels. After they completed the recommended work, my car would squeak every time I applied the brakes. I know new brakes can squeak so I let it go for a few weeks. When the squeaking didnt go away, I took the car back for repair. When I picked my car up at Mid Ohio, they told me they had to "lubricate the brakes." My brakes were quiet for about two days then starting squeaking again. I continued to drive with the squeaky brakes for several weeks hoping they just needed broken in. Finally, I took my car back to Mid Ohio a third time and after examining my car, they said I had bad brakes and they replaced all the brake pads. After a few days the squeaking returned. Its been several weeks since my third trip to Mid Ohio, and that will definitely be my last. Now, after three trips to Mid Ohio and several months, my car is worse now than before I took it there. At this point I am willing to pay a different garage to fix whatever Mid Ohio did wrong. Thats three strikes and they are OUT!

We had issues with our transmission and we took it to them for an inspection and sure enough it was bad. They called and told us the bad news but also told us we had a warranty through GM that we didnt even know about and we were covered through this warranty for another 3,000 miles. They even went to the dealer to get us the paperwork we needed. So we got it fixed at the dealer because of the warranty. A lot of shops may not have told us about this warranty or may not even known about it but they did and saved us a lot of money. Thank you Mid Ohio! Great shop.Great guys. I would highly recommend.
