I had a new exhaust system that I wanted to have installed. I searched around for shops near by that would do the work and happened upon the Midas here in Pickerington. I called and spoke with Dan, the shop manager, who had me come down so that he could take a look and give an estimate. After arriving and seeing that the shop was pretty busy, I didnt expect to be serviced. However, Dan was able to slot me in. By then, it was past 4pm, and the job would definitely take a bit more than two hours to complete. Dan and team took the time to carefully disassemble the old system and install the new, all while engaging in casual conversation. They made sure that all parts were properly installed and checked for exhaust leaks!! I now have a shop near me that I can trust to work on my car!! Amazing service, patience, and high-quality work!!

Made FOUR trips into this place for an oil change and a new radiator hose! Each trip in they fouled something new up. The first time, I had to return the next day because the oil was pouring out all over the garage floor. A month went buy then the radiator was dry, heater blew(from over heating), oil was gooky, and therm housing was broken from their ignorance. The DM agreed to cut their $600+ estimate in half for trip three. Picked up the vehicle to find the speedometer didnt work!!! (It did upon arrival) now ABS light is on as well as Airbag light, all occurring on their watch!!!! Midas is demanding a diagnosis fee!!!!! Are they ignorant or on a vendetta because I complained to Don, the DM after two failed attempts to changes the oil and a hose??? either way I dont recommend this business

I was at this location yesterday for an oil change when they informed me that I had a nail in new tire. When I asked them to patch it, I was told that it could not be repaired and that I would need to replace it. I told them that I wanted a second opinion and took it to Goodyear the next day. The team at Goodyear asked me if they tried to put air in my tire. When I replied no, they said they figured as they showed me the nail informing me that it went in sideways and never punctured my tire. Needless to say, their failure to pay attention to detail in the pursuit of an upscale has caused them to lose my families business ( we have been Midas customers for almost 10 years but this location is new to us). I would advise anyone shopping here to be cautious.

I have been going to Midas for more than a year because I trusted them and I realized that it was not a good decision. Last year I got my cars pads and rotors changed and less than a year they needed replacement again. I went to get it replaced again and Chris who manager there gave a quote for almost double the price for rotors. Last year in the bill it was 59.99 and this year $98.99 for the same part. When we inquired about this much price difference he changed it to 69.99. So for same part there were 3 different prices. I have copies of all three prices. He mentioned this is the way it is. For warranty pads you need to pay $98 labor. Not trust worthy at all as there caption says, I would not recommend anyone to go to this Midas.

Took my car in for an oil change 2 days ago, price was fair and location was very clean. So i am driving home from work today and all of a sudden my engine tone sounds a bit deeper and louder. I figured i would look at it when i got home. 2 miles later i start smelling something burning and pull off to the side of 270. Pop my hood to find my oil cap is missing and the fresh oil i just payed for is all over my engine bay... Great.... They must not have put it on all the way or cross threaded it or something.... After getting my car towed and getting a ride to the dealer to buy another oil cap and more oil my night was ruined. I will never return here again since they are not even capable of putting your oil cap back on properly.....

This store has been my go-to place for oil changes since it opened. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. They take you into the bay to show you "problems" found with your vehicle. I was told I needed a new passenger front axle, but upon taking my vehicle to my trusted mechanic of 20 years, he could not find a reason the axle needed replaced. This has caused me to raise question as to the honesty and integrity of this Midas shop. Definitely get a second opinion for any work they recommend.

2 stars at best. I came here last year and had a mediocre experience. I had to interrupt the sales associate, who was on a personal call on the work phone... Today all I needed was a patch on a tire. I called before I came, got a price and was told to come in whenever. I get there and he asks me "You have a few hours?". What the do you mean?? You just told me to come in! The worst auto shop in Pickerington. Sad really, I wanted to like this place.

Amazing service shop! took both of my vehicles there today, one for Oil change and Other for new tires and alignment. Staff was great and friendly, very knowledgeable. Quick service, great prices. Overall great environment. Will be doing more business with them in the future!

Even without an appointment, my car was taken in for service immediately upon arrival, and I got an oil change, tire rotation and their multi-point inspection in under the hour service time promised. All employees were friendly and professional. Thanks, guys!

Only thing I go here for is oil changes. $20 or less for a standard oil change for my standard vehicle. I always make an appointment and it always takes at least an hour for the service to be completed. Friendly staff
