Wasnt very happy about their speed or mannerisms. I had waited in line for at least 10 minutes with only a couple people ahead of me. Once it was my turn the woman working there ignored me and went about her business. I finally walked up and smiled when she made eye contact. She dropped her shoulders and asked "can i help you" as if i were annoying her. This threw me off a bit but i told her i was there to get a battery to which her demeanor changed to less annoyed but still much too busy to help; her assistant helped me. Anyways, to change a battery i was told 45 minutes. I mean if i had the tools available it should be a 5 minute job. It took them over an hour and i was the only car in the lot at that point. I also had an oil change earlier that day which took over an hour and the guy asked to see my ID to which he proceeded to look at for at least a good minute, then questioned my age because i look younger than i am. REALLY! I would not recommend!

Worst experience in auto care to date. Called to see what the wait time was and was told only one car that was almost done. When i arrived again was told no wait. We went to go shopping for 2 hours. Car still hadnt been pulled in then got charged for so many service fees that it was almost 10 dollars more. They then charged us for a filter because ours wasnt in their stock at the time. Will never return to walmart for service again. Will tell people not to waist their time!

Purchased from them, paid for lifetime balance and rotation when I had the tires installed. Had to have the tires balanced two times and they still couldnt get it right. Took my business elsewhere, however the tires are pretty decent.
