i want everyone who is thinking of getting a storage unit, DO NOT GO HERE! Ive had nothing but problems with these people!! They only allow one person to be on the contract.Well my boyfriend has been in court ordered rehab, so I tried months ago to get my stuff out, well they LET ME PAY FOR THE UNITS, then after they let me pay the bill, they told me that I am not going to be able to get to my stuff.The owner actually told me that if I pay the bill, I will be able to get in! It is very upsetting to have him lie to me like that.Well, the now they have really gone too far.I have Power of Atty for my boyfriend which is signed, notarized, and even has a specific clause stating that I can get into the units at anytime.So I took it into the office and they told me that I couldve had anyone sign this paper???What good is a signature????and a person who is a Notary Public signature means nothing to them!! I mean they could check the signature with the one on their contract, also the address on his contract is the same one I have on my drivers license.I have his drivers license also, all have the same address!!!! We live together for gosh sakes!!!! But they told me noway!!!And they were very rude to me.Hell i just want to remove everything out of there!!!!!!I believe that they are just being that way so we have to continue paying for storage units that we dont need!!!!! But they told me that I have to go to the courthouse and get a actually judge to sign that its okay for me to get my stuff!!!!! WHAT KIND OF A BUSINESS IS THIS ?---TO TAKE UP THE JUDGES TIME WITH SOMETHING SO RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! I am a notary republic myself appointed by the Governor of Florida, and one of the reasons we have notaries is so that the judges dont have to be bothered with signing a million papers a day.GO ANYWHERE, BUT BUCKEYE STORAGE FOR YOUR STORAGE NEEDS!!!!

I had my belongings stored with Buckeye Self Storage in Plant City, FL for several years. I shopped around quite a bit before I made the decision to sign a contract with this facility. This management is bar none the best in the industry. Very professional with great customer service. This is the cleanest and bug free storage units I have ever used or seen. 5 Star All The Way!

awesome and clean place, nice staff, I broke the sliding latch on my storage, the maintenance men came over immediately and replaced it. awesome guys!! best storage place in town. dont listen to the other bad ratings, I dont think a place should get a bad review because of a unique bad situation.
