Ive never had a good experience with this place, and I gave them 6 times to prove themselves. I think because theyre the biggest haul dealer around, that they dont feel the need to do a good job. One time I reserved a van, and when I went to get it, they had rented it to someone else. Then made me get a bigger van, that I didnt want and charged me full price. They said either I had to do that, or I was just out of luck and thats how it goes

Ive rented trailer s from this facility several times and they have always been helpful. They could use a couple extra hands around to assist customers when it is busy but overall they are helpful. I actually had a dead battery down the road a few years ago. I went in there and they drove me back to my car and gave me a jump no charge!

Worst customer service ever. We had problems with the hitch. No one from the store or U Haul support ever called us. We were not provided any way to take the the trailer off the hitch. Good thing we had a hydraulic Jack. If I could give them no stars I would
