My family and I had a storage unit at the Cube Smart at 15910 Pearl Road for two years. During that time, the property was always accessible, and the location was extremely convenient. The climate control aspect was necessary and appreciated. There were always carts available when we needed them. Above all, both Mitch and Matt were available during working hours and always helpful when we had questions or needed assistance. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

My son & Granddaughter were part of the Hickory Hill fire. Difficult to find large storage no one seemed to have any large units I called & from the time I was given confirmation nbr to actually signing at the store it was wonderful dealing with this company. The gentleman who took my info showed me the unit helped with lock and code was great. Very nice & competent people to help us during such a stressful ordesl

Cube Smart: Strongsville: Very clean and organized with the supplies you need if you forgot anything packing related. Feels very safe - well lit, cameras, etc. Were using Cube Smart to store manufactured goods which require a home type environment w/ controlled humidity and temperature. We expect to use them long term with our project and to store antiques. Great staff. Friendly and very professional.

Ive dealt with the manager, Matt for many years and hes been more help than any storage Ive dealt with. He very understanding in all matters that occurred with me. He has an employee ,Mitch who is just as adept with the company as Matt. I definitely give them the highest rating possible. Mitch did a great job getting us set up and ready for move-in date. He explained all procedures and answered all my questions. I had to follow up with Matt on a few things and he too was very quick to answer my questions and help with some concerns that I had. Thank you both for a job well done!

Friendly and understanding managers, reasonably priced spaces. Remember this is a nice facility with carpeting and air conditioning! Other raters not realizing humidity control and climate control are two different things! Store your things properly like me and you will be fine!

Has mold problems and smells musty. Customer service is not good. No one will give a straight answer about the mold that has appeared on furniture since it has been stored there and furniture is damp to the touch. Why pay for climate controlled when it obviously isnt controlled!?!

They charge a fairly high fee per month. I was willing to pay it for the climate control, however, I returned after two years to find a lot of the furniture had mold/mildew on it. You may be better off using somewhere else if youre looking for a good climate controlled storage.

Both Matt and Mitch were WONDERFULLY helpful. They were able to advise on the amount of space I needed and were fantastic in helping me transfer from one unit to another when I needed more space a few months later. Id recommend the Cubesmart in Strongsville very highly!
