Opened our unit to find a rat crawling around inside and rat feces everywhere, after cleaning the mess up we went to the office during office hours Fri.1:31pm and knocked on the door to ask for a key to the restroom to wash our hands, the guy sitting in the office 5 feet from the door refused to get up and answer the door, after beating on the door for 5 minutes and him ignoring us we left. I will be removing my stuff asap and find a storage business that respects its customers.

I began using Uncle Bobs storage unit after the death of my Mother. I had to empty her place to enable its sale. I was warmly greeted as a friend, and everything was explained before moving anything in. The unit was clean, spacious, and my items were kept clean, dry and untouched during my usage. I really appreciate the staff of Uncle Bobs and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit.

I have to say there are better storage units out there. There prices are NO better than some other local storage units. But, the main reason for the low star rating was the customer service and that is my main reason for leaving Uncle Bobs. Now, that I have experienced this place, I have to confess that I think the other reviews that boasts about this place are fake reviews. At least, it would appear that way.

This storage facility is well lit, clean and secure. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I can not think of a negative thing to say about them. I saw a couple negatives comments on here and all I can say is maybe something didnt go their way. Life hands you lemons sometimes, but this facility will help you to turn those lemons into lemonade (figuretively speaking).

I am a repeat customer several times over, I rent spaces in Plant City, Fl. After a divorce and the death of my Mother, who had ALOT of stuff! I started utilizing the services at Uncle Bobs. They are clean, friendly and helpful. That truck has been a lifesaver too! I currently have 2 spaces there and plan to continue using them as I need to. Thanks for serving our community!

The managers here are absolutely awesome! They stayed late to help me get into a unit. Were always available when I had an issue. Were always more than willing to help a single mom of 3 get things done under a lot of pressure. Thank you so much!! Will definitely recommend and use again as needed!!
